I normally do singing, like a Meat Loaf song or summat, however I never win.

Do you guys reckon I should change my act a bit? Maybe do something different? I know I can't dance lol, some people would tell you I can't sing either, but I disagree.

Yeah I agree, anything you feel comfortable doing really!
Could always try other songs? Or have a buddy join you for a duet ^^
As long as you have fun then winning doesn't really matter in the end I guess :^_^:

Well the main support guy's not the world's worst singer, I might see if he could come in with me on a duet :D

I doubt whether he would though, he might be a bit wary of singing in public.

Standup would be something different!

But more seriously, do what you feel you're best at. :)

Hii Everyone,
That sounds like an exciting opportunity! Here are some ideas for what you could do for the talent show in Sheffield:
  1. Singing: If you have a good singing voice, you could sing a popular song or even an original song that you wrote. You could also consider doing a duet with a friend or playing an instrument while you sing.
  2. Dancing: If you are a good dancer, you could choreograph a dance routine to a popular song or even create your own routine. You could also consider doing a group dance with friends or even doing a solo dance.
  3. Comedy: If you have a good sense of humor, you could perform a stand-up comedy routine or a comedic skit with friends. You could also consider doing a funny impersonation or creating your own funny character.
  4. Magic: If you have a talent for magic, you could perform a magic trick or even a full magic show. You could also consider incorporating comedy into your magic routine to make it even more entertaining.
  5. Acrobatics: If you are skilled in acrobatics, you could perform a routine that incorporates flips, jumps, and other impressive moves. You could also consider doing a group routine with other acrobats or incorporating dance or music into your routine.
Whatever talent you choose to showcase, be sure to practice and prepare in advance to give your best performance on the day of the show. Good luck!WhatsAppAero

As I usually help judge the talent show I also say if you are going to sing go for a simple song, don't try to go for something you can't reach as I see a lot of people try and sing hard songs.

Something unique is also good because we get a lot of singers, so anything different will keep you in the mind of the judges and audiences :)

When we came to Sheffield last year, there were several youngish women wearing Japanese schoolgirl outfits doing dancing, oh yeah they were brilliant and deserved to win.
