Not getting drunk, it takes a lot more than a bottle of wine to send me over the edge lol.
Got my girl for the week so a couple of glasses drank at a leisurely pace followed by a hot chocolate later.

True, and next weekend's even better, long weekend for Easter, so you'd possibly get Monday off as it's a Bank Holiday.

My official job title's an "Expert by Experience" and the original description was to visit care homes in the UK with CQC Inspectors to make sure they're up to scratch, however, because my area of "Expertise" lies in supported living accommodation, there's not a lot going at the moment, and there's nothing else available to do, not even "attending" MS Teams meetings for which I get paid! I actually emailed the Boss last week to resign, because Dad won't do the care home visits as he's 74 and has a big cob on about the whole concept of me working, and my support staff can only do it on days when they don't support me so that's either or a Monday or a Thursday, I can't do Thursdays not even for work due to other commitments, and I have Hospital appointments coming up this month and beyond and most of those will be on Mondays hopefully so I don't have to change my shifts with the support.
I wouldn't mind but if they'd told me in November 2021 when I passed the interview that the job would be this much hassle I'd have probably turned it down! I half wish I had done.

Provider of photons in the visible range.
A Troubler solver.
A person whom says if you installation is safe or not.
An installer of the data information highway.
Provider of safety and security in the visual and audible range.
A person who has to be able to think like other people whom are educated, overly educated and ill-informed or morons.
I'm an approved electrician. Who can do data, alarms, CCTV and fire alarms, if ever I get sorted some paperwork, I'll be licenced to work on explosive atmospheres, rather than currently working under guidance on petrol stations.
Working with birds is cool, saw some Red kites on a job 2 weeks ago, beautiful creatures.
I have a scar on my forehead where an African Grey used it as a climbing point. He didn't mean to, he loved me my little Henry

Only bit in and clung on for dear life as my now Ex tried to drag him away from me!!

Nice! I hope the manager role is going well for you
