i have some very unusual sleeping patterns and i dont think thats helping me at all XD but i see this both as a positive and a negative because pros i can do all the stuff i cant usually do in the day , cons the next day ill be realy slow and tired but i think its getting better because ive tried to sleep normally :p UwU

you should definitely get yourself into a good sleeping routine as sleep (or a lack of it) is so so important in the process of being mentally-well, i wish i could sleep for longer than 2/3 hours a night so i'm a bit jealous of you tbh ;o; set yourself a sensible time each night to unwind (say 11/11:30pm?), stick to it then reap the benefits, you won't be slow and tired at least ^w^

After a hiatus I'm back and doing much better these past few days, also starting therapy next week too :)

At the moment it's talking therapy, I've had a pre-assessement and it was determined that I have things from my past which were never dealt with emotionally/properly, and there's another therapy that I could choose afterwards which is more hands on / activity based therapy, but I can't do both at the same time
