Thought I would make a thread so we can record our mental health over time. Just say how you are feeling, maybe things that are bothering you ect.
We all support each other here

great thread to start as with COVID-19 & having to stay indoors has made an negative impact on many peoples' mental health - i've got bi-polar (type 2) disorder, anxiety & depression, all of which i'm currently fighting once again as i've been really down/low recently with little or no motivation whatsoever, but i guess you've just gotta keep on swimming as i've been here a million times before so i know i'll perk back up again soon...

how is your mental health recently, OP?

I've just been tired all the time lately, the heat isn't helping but also going off what @melanch0lic was saying COVID hasn't been helping just seeing no end to it and no means of seeing if my job is still going to be there..

Today was a really stressful day for me, and tonight I finally broke down, lately I've been getting more overloaded with the simplest of things and I feel like my senses are overloading too

Other than COVID-19 literally driving a wrecking-ball through everything, with there being no guarantee when AL can resume running events and if I'll even be able to keep people employed if this goes beyond next spring, I'm wonderful.

Last night was really hard for me, I had another breakdown, and this time while that was happening, a close friend decided to leave me, not because of the breakdown, they didn't know that was going on, but while I was in that state they weren't in a good place, and I really wanted to help them but they were so stubburn (their words) that they thought it was best for me if they left until they were better, they made a promise they wouldn't do it and yet they still did, so my breakdown ended up spiraling out of control and I haven't slept
