Mental Health Check in!

Yes. I hear voices as well but I've managed to filter out the unhelpful ones. They don't get to me anymore. Anyone can do it I started meditating at times.

oooo. A fellow WWE fan. I've been watching a lot of old school stuff. Like I watched Bret Hart vs Razor Ramon from Royal Rumble PPV in 95. Makes you realize how underrated Razor Ramon was in his time.

Mental Health Check in!

Post by TheRedWarrior » 17 Feb 2021, 00:24

I don't have a lot of issues lately. Lockdown is messing with me a little but I'm keeping my mind busy with anime, music and research projects. Hopefully I can start traveling again soon for my ghostly passions.

Ah it's good to know that you're not really having issues with your mental health dude, if anything the lockdown should have made it worse so you've done well to maintain yourself through the past few months :3 You should try to travel anyways, as long as you do all that social-distancing nonsense stuff~

As for my mental health, for once I'm actually feeling good and have been for the past 2 or 3 days, but because my sleeping has once again became majorly erratic I know that I'm heading for another episode (psychotic or depressive, probably both!) so i'm bracing myself for that... having bipolar (type 2), BPD, anxiety and depression certainly is exhausting mentally, fighting off the negative thoughts/feelings isn't easy at all D:

I feel super dysphoric today... Why can't my body just take the hint and appear feminine? I've fed it enough girl juice!

@NekoAlex Yes. Undertaker is one of my WWE favourites. A very well looked after and amazingly built character. Kane was also very good but I think they should have kept mask on until his retirement.

*hugs* close your eyes, take deep breaths inhale and exhale for a slow 10secs.

awwh no! D: just a suggestion but you can speak to me if you're feeling depressed and i'll help however i can :3

my mental health has been up and down recently; feeling a bit more irritable which is really unusual for me as, if you've ever paid attention, i like getting along with people ;__; my head is racing at 100 miles per hour (my bi-polar at work!) and i just want it to stop! i didn't sleep -at all- last night, like no sleep whatsoever so that's not helping, that's my insomnia doing its thing but nothing helps me drift off/relax unfortunately D: i wouldn't wish insomnia on my worst enemy!
