Kirari walked out onto the campus and sat by the fountain she always went to when she needed inspiration. She looked at the water spewing out from the top and shook her head.

"Not after the last time...", she said, smirking, reminiscing about the time she froze the pond she has at home, luckily nothing was in it at the time.

She then looked up at the sky, letting out a sigh.

"The air feels nice...", she mumbled, then again she did always love the cold, "Not like I have to rush the song anyway, Maki still has to write the music"

Maki was the lead guitarist in the band and Kirari's best friend, she was also the one who came up with the idea of forming a band and writes all their music. She was also the one who gave Kirari the nickname Kira, supposedly because it was to hard to pronounce Kirari. Kirari let out a little laugh as she thought about this

"She can be so serious sometimes...", she said standing back up, "Actually...I might just go and pay her a visit"
 

Seiei sat just taking in her surroundings and enjoying the nice cool breeze and the cascading splash of water. A boy had stopped and seemed to be staring at her. She paid him no mind, because just seemed to be trying to relax himself. Eventually he moved on to whatever destination he probably decided on.

Seiei knew she stood out among the other students, she wore traditional Japanese attire which was recognizable by most people, but seeing it worn was completely different. Seiei figured he was looking at her attire most likely more so then her. The patterns were meant to be hypnotic and soothing. It was the one of the reasons wore, but mostly she wore it because these were her preferred outfit.

Seiei noticed the girl in the wheel chair finally come out, she looked tired and stopped, in fact she looked like she was in pain. Hmm, probably not a good thing. Seiei got up and walked over to the girl and could clearly see the girl was in pain. Seiei concluded it was probably something recent that had caused it, which meant she could do something about it.

Seiei placed her hand on the girl's hand. Then she used her power of Age to reverse Pai's body the way it was just before entering the Auditorium. Naturally this girl could resist the power, but would she? Seiei gave the girl a comforting smile.

Flabbergasted Pai watch a girl in traditional Japanese clothing walked up to her. She was serene with golden eyes and midnight blue hair. The samurai looked down at her, closer than Pai was normally comfortable with, but somehow it was different. It almost seemed like she was her older sister checking up on her, weird. Pai different have a sister, so she couldn't be sure if that what it felt like to be near a sister. Then the girl put her hands on her.

The samurai's hand was warm and soothing, Pai's tensions seemed to be falling away. Her fatigued and sore body seemed to revitalize too. Pai felt refreshed and relieved, and she wasn't sure way, she noticed the Japanese girl was kindly smiling at her. Pai realized she was being rude, though what this girl did was a bit rude just getting in her personal bubble like that.

"Hello, I'm Pai," Pai introduced herself, giving an awkward smile. She looked down and realized the Samurai had not let go of her hand, and Pai just left it there, secretly wanting the hand to stay, it put her at ease.

"Thanks," Pai continued, "I don't know you but it feels like I've known you all my life, is that strange?"

Dane looked around the room. It was nice to be settled in.

The posters he'd brought from home plastered the walls, his side table was cluttered with an assortment of objects--a glass bead, a roll of aluminum tape, several strands of different types of fibers, and many more such things--which Dane used to help himself asleep by playing with them, getting to know their structures and materials, and determining how to manipulate them.

In quiet contemplation, he picked up a piece of rough twine. He held it such that the bitter end trailed beneath his hand. And with a subtle rock to his wrist, Dane imparted a pendular motion to the string. After a moment of focus, he flipped his hand, and the twine remained rigid, as though it was metallic wire.

Dane brought up his other hand and, while again concentrating, flicked the very tip, which shattered like a glass fiber. The shattered bits fluttered to the ground, again normal bits of string. Dane stopped concentrating, the twine crumpled in his hand, and he returned it to the side table.

Dane wanted to explore the campus, so he put on a light jacket, the pockets of which were full of odds and ends he could use for various tricks and utilities, then grabbed his keys and rushed out the door.

Dane's eyes squinted against the sun as he walked out of the dorm and into the quad. By the fountain, he thought he saw his neighbor talking to another girl. A bit further from the water feature, he again saw that Japanese girl (he recognized that attire) with--

Oh, shit!

The girl in the wheelchair couldn't have seen him from her vantage, but he still dove into a bush to hide his embarrassment.

On the other side, he came face-to-face with a young woman wrapped in vines. At first he was alarmed, but after a half-second to observe, the plants almost seemed to be caressing her. Certainly they meant her no harm.

"O-oh. I'm sorry," Dane stammered. "I didn't realize someone was back here."

The young boy's eyes darted from the vines to the girl, realizing that she couldn't be much older than he was.

"I... I'm Dane. I'm sorry if I startled you. I was..." Dane paused. Naturally he couldn't tell her he was hiding from a girl in a wheelchair. "Uh... I was just exploring," he concluded, likely unconvincingly.

He gave his best grin as he scratched the back of his head, his very obvious nervous tick.

She was so intuned to the vines when a voice came suddenly causing her to flinch. The vines retracted partly until she relaxed once more and turned toward the voice.

"Its okay, I came out to get away from class." She said with a slight smile. "Sometimes we just need some air." Though in reality she wanted to be really alone but she needed contact with people too.

Kirari had her headphones in as she usually did when she was walking abut by herself, mouthing to the lyrics as she walked. She looked up and saw someone heading in her direction. She stopped on her tracks noticing the vibrant purple hair on the person walking towards and the rather large bag on their back. She smirked as she crossed her arms

"You know I was just coming to see you", she said, looking at the figure who stood before her

The person looked up as Kirari took out her headphones

"KIRA!!", the girl exclaimed, wrapping her arms around Kirari, who's eyes widened at the sudden cuddle, but then again she should be used to this by now
"Yes Maki, it's me", Kirari replied, rolling her eyes, "Where were you going?"

Maki took a step back and and smiled, pointing at Kirari

"To see you!", she answered, winking, "I got a bit stuck with writing music, so I thought I'd come and see my favourite songbird!"

She shook her head, they had the exact same idea, why wasn't she surprised by this. Kirari let out a little chuckle

"Alright guess we're going back to my room!", she said as Maki threw her arm around Kirari
"Your room is best room", she replied
