FIRST CHALLENGE




PRIZE TO FIRST TEAM THAT COMPLETES THE CHALLENGE




TASK


Let's start off with an easy one for the first challenge.I would like you all to introduce yourself to every member of your team.Afterwards pick a Team Leader and have that person message me that they are the team leader.First team to complete this task gets the prize.







THE SECOND CHALLENGE WILL START AT RANDOM AND IT IS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE FIRST CHALLENGE IS COMPLETED

As for a leader I suggest a vote I personally IMO think someone willing and often on AL so if a new challenge starts we'll be on top of it

I think a tie between Fate and Ryn.Which Ryn is me

I assume team 2 will have same strategy Tanya is very tactful. I't'll most likely be him or teeny is actually on alot

Tanya does seem like the most logical choice for the other team.

In order for us to have a fighting chance we need agree on someone that is active,has a strong sense of writing/words and is tactful as well.All strong traits will be needed in order to beat the opposite team.

Question is who or who(s) has most if not all of these traits among all.After we figure out our strongest players then we should decide among those options on who should lead us.

Well upon looking at our roster I think that indeed leaves [mention=770]Ryn[/mention] and [mention=17199]Expendable[/mention] Taking on what Ryn said you two are strong writers (that requirement weeds casuals out although most on this team are skilled) the factor that narrows it down is as Hmods you're already leaders that are here often

Where i'm going has limited net and i have to buy data, but if i'm more than a few days go on with out me.

Understood unfortunately that leaves only one as I don't fit the bill yes I'm on and post alot but my writing is poor imo

Inb4 Sirena tries cheer me up that for once wasn't self hate it was based on I've been doing this for a month.

If Sirena / Ryn thinks that's a conflict of interest as current host and nobody volunteers then I'll do it so we can move things along
