Post by Kitty » 15 Mar 2020, 21:19

So Netflix remade the first Pokemon movie. I just watched it last night. Has anyone else seen this yet? Cuz I dunno how I feel about this one....

It’s actually pretty good. It’s kept to the original more or less which is good. It took me a while to get used to the different anime style though

It was weird. I think if you hadn’t seen the original, I think a lot of people may have it enjoyed it more. However, I was comparing it a lot, and I agree, I do prefer the original animation

You are completely right. I think I spent most of the moving comparing it to the original. I think that did stop me from fully enjoying the movie. For those who didn't see the original or only saw it once a long time ago, it's probably different.
