I'm in love with the announcement trailer for Sword and Shield!!! Definitely going with Sobble!

That being said, with the exception of the cover legendaries, I'm going to try to go in blind!

Sobble is easily the best to me.....which is weird since I used to be almost exclusively grass starters xD Starting with Gen VII, I went with Popplio and it looks like I'm starting a new tradition with water starters. Love Sobble so much!

I went in partially blind into Sun/Moon and it was pretty fun. They reveal too much officially these days. I want the surprise that comes with encountering the new Pokemon in the wild. Same with encountering the new team and everything for that matter xD Only reason I will let the cover legends be spoiled for me is because they will be spoiled anyway by the box art xD

Awesome. Well normally I rotate between water and fire. Cyndaquil stole my heart...it is so cute...but Mudkip is my all time fav starter. And sobble looks a lot like him, so no choice.

Tbh, I went mostly blind for S/M.

Not sure how I feel about Sword and Shield yet. Mostly concerned about them cutting corners on battle animations, wish we had free moving camera too. Will probably get it either way though.
