Ah okay. How are you finding the first ME? The combat in that one is quite different to the other games which you've probably seen from watching your bf play newer ones. Let me know how he finds the MP when he gives it a try (if either of us remember that is ^^).

Yeah, it's really not a game you can properly play with limited data, especially after the tracking became less specific so it takes you longer to find stuff. Shame they got rid of the map site that showed where things spawned - it was kind of cheating, I know, but even in the usual games once you've seen a Pokemon you can check on the map where it appears so it's similar I think xP.

And yes I prefer the regular ones too!

I wonder if the reuse of that mum and girl was intentional beyond wanting to just reuse existing assets when creating the show... I'm guessing they don't have any significance to the plot?
