So glad they kept Steven as Champion in the remakes...I'd have been seriously disappointed otherwise...

I think that'd only happen at the very end of the series if they decided to kill it off. And even then it's a long shot.

Way too profitable of a series to kill off xP I don't think its too far off to see multiple regions again, but probably not every single one since a lot of them aren't even close to each other.

Proximity isn't an issue, they can just have you fly to the next area when you've completed the previous one. Like the airport in Unova, eg.

I don't imagine they'd do it, because the series will continue to run until it becomes unprofitable, then they won't bother funding a new "final" game, likely.

I heard rumours it'd be the Switch release, but I've heard nothing about it since before USUM, myself!

No it seems that they are keeping it under wraps at the moment. But I think it’s already been concluded that US/UM was the last ds game. Which I’m gutted about because it has potentially smashed any dreams of a Sinnoh remake
