Kind of like the one here.

Looks kinda fab does it not? However it's custom made from the US, it'd be too expensive to get one custom done for a guy in the UK who's 5'5, 193lbs, 44" waist and 30" legs.

Can anyone in the UK help me make anything similar either ridiculously cheap or even free?

I found the link on Google.

I also saw one here that looks amazing, big wingspan and everything (and no, even I'm not that daft as to actually try to fly with large wings lol) but when I emailed the creator, she says it's between $5-6K plus shipping to have it custom made, unfortunately I'm only rich by name.

I've not got the know how/skill, but I know you're looking at a couple of hundred on materials. That has to be some re-enforced foam in there, maybe some plastic piping in the centre for rigidity
Solid T-shirt, then finding a similar black material. For cheapness I'd almost suggest a couple of black bedsheets from B&M or similar place, but you don't really want it see-through..not sure on the price of felt?

If you're going for it, create a cardboard template of the size/shape you want, then when you're happy with it go with the material.

This could be a good template guide, just scale to your requirements
Once you’ve met someone, you never really forget them. it just takes a while for your memories to return

I just bought 2 metres of black Spandex from Hobbycraft.

I will hit Google for a pattern.
