Sheffield Big Geek Meet - 30th November

On the 30th November we will be holding our final Sheffield Big Geek Meet of 2019! The theme is WINTER, so dig out those holiday inspired cosplays or geeky outfits, but please remember to wrap up and stay warm!


Meeting Location: Sheffield Train Station (Outside the main entrance, in front of the fountains.)
Time: 12:30pm ~ 6pm.
Date: Saturday 30th November

PLAN
(Please note that this is provisional - if weather is bad or if the majority of people would like to change plans then we will.)

12:30 - 1pm - Meeting at Sheffield train station, OUTSIDE the front of the building at the bottom of the fountains. We will wait until 1PM and no later.
1pm - Shopping - Sheffield centre is brilliant for a variety of shops, so we can have a look around and see where people would like to go.
3pm - At about 3pm (could be earlier/later depending on shopping) we will head on to the Extra Life Gaming Lounge for the rest of the meet, we will also have a raffle here (every person in the meet gets one free ticket) where you have the chance to win several prizes! If you would like to give a prize to the raffle please check with me beforehand!

Do you have a rough idea of how many are coming to this ?

I'm bringing my daughter with a few friends as it's her birthday the week after so this is what she wanted to do. They are all between 13-15, is this suitable for them ?

Last time (which was my first time hosting a meet in Sheffield) we had 10-15 people throughout the day, with some people joining late and some people leaving early.

Yep! Last time we had a good few people between the ages of 13-18. Children are always welcome as long as their parents come too (As I don't really fancy being a babysitter! )
