When it comes to influence on multi-media some of the smaller or mid sized creators sometimes seem to have a lot more influence and respect then larger much more well known names, at least in certain communities. That's not a hard and fast rule by any means, and certainly continued growth, a larger audience, "clout", etc have an impact, but having said that especially with the amount of "influencers" we've seen just in the past year alone using these tools to do more harm then good in some cases as well as the various scandals that seem to plague a lot (certainly not all) big names while some smaller ones keep their integrity throughout, one has to ask "Does size really matter"?
Depends if it's for cash or not.

Well certainly Grace, especially if that's a creators main source of income it's important to do what it takes to keep the green rolling. Having said that, the integrity of a creator can have a big effect on that. We've seen some recent cases, for example, where people have crashed on epic scales because of ethical issues and conduct, and some of them where/are quite large in their communities.
On the other hand there are other examples of people bouncing back from major mistakes often on the strength of being able to admit wrong doing and in some cases they've even gained as a result.
There are no hard and fast rules especially not on the net, granted, but I do think it's worth noting that anyone, no matter how big a name, is still answerable for their actions/views/etc.
Well I create on YouTube and have 13 subscribers and I do it for fun and perhaps one day if people start to subscribe more I can influence right now, I'm just a gamer

Doesn't make money, but I think if the content is good it shouldn't matter. Just depends on how good you are with the algorithms
*nod nods* And if you are having fun!
