Thank You All for Attending! MAGC will return on 4-5 April 2020!

We would like to thank everyone for attending Manchester Anime & Gaming Con! Nearly 3,500 of you attended what has been our busiest ever Manchester event.

We're pleased to announce that MAGC will be returning next year on 4-5 April 2020, so we hope to see many of you back for then. In the meantime, why not check out our upcoming AL events at www.animeleague.com/events

We'd like to in the meantime invite your feedback and thoughts on the event. Did you enjoy it? Any thoughts or general opinions.

      Thank you all!

I really enjoyed it but there was still alot of guessing work when it came to events if something was cancelled or not I do have the app but that doesn't update that fast if there was a way you could get the message out on speakers in the other halls that would help people with the confusion or to say if something is about to begin then people can start moving rather than getting there as it ends or halfway through and better signs as navigating from the main event to the sand bar or bread shed was difficult especially if its later on and none is there. Hope this help but I still really enjoy the event probably better than lagc with the size of the place as you have room to move around

It would be good to see some interactive events aimed at older (30+) fans. A lot of cons feel a bit like a youth club with tons of stuff for younger fans and not much for anyone else apart from merch stalls. Maybe some panels, workshops or discussions? A chance to talk about anime rather than just watch it or buy merchandise. Likewise, if the event is supposed to be family-friendly, then having vendors wearing ahegao shirts and selling gravure figures doesn't feel appropriate.
