I forgot I had my friends registration on my account and therefore didn't remember to pay her ticket, we've reserved these tickets for months is there any way i can just pay for them now? I totally forgot about the deadline yesterday. I've emailed them but am not sure how long it takes for replies?

I don't think so at this point, as crew are already on way to setup/ etc so email replies will be delayed / nonexistent during the event. Red may pop on and check or be able to help, but given the deadline is passed the system will have been disabled to prevent late payments getting discount that isn't applicable on the door.
