Rowan couldn’t help but shrink in his seat a little, trying to become invisible the moment Drake leaned forward, having clearly picked up on his words despite he didn’t finish his inquiry. Tugging a little on his hair, he chewed on the inside of his lip, listening to just how safe the bar truly was, though he wasn’t quite sure what a sanctioned neutral ground meant. He slowly glanced at each person as Drake explained what would happen if someone happened to come in searching for him. He had heard of hellhounds before, but hadn’t seen one in person, so his gaze remained on Norainu for a bit longer than necessary. Quickly looking to Teaser, he was amazed that someone could even be part Succubus demon. He thought that was just legend, but it was apparently not and he wondered how much else he had been lied about.
“Hnn…” Musing for a moment, he shook his head before peeking over towards the female, not sure what a Tiefling was, but figured she wasn’t someone to mess with. Fingers ran through his hair before he returned his attention towards Drake, nodding a bit before quickly looking away when the bartender questioned who they might be looking out for. He stared hard at the empty plate, fists clenching down in his lap as he tried to keep himself calm. Unable to speak calmly at that moment, he just nodded at the question about getting more wings, his stomach rumbling loudly.
“Thank you…” He whispered before bolting from the stool and rushing into the bathroom just as a male jumped over the counter. Rowan spotted the female office just as the door closed and knew she wasn’t after him, but that wasn’t why he had rushed into the bathroom. Finding a toilet, he dropped to his knees, beginning to throw up.

Reason: Drank... Drake... same thing, right?
“Nothing by it?” Persis arched his brow. “I think it’s you that’s misunderstanding, but that is alright. I like the naďve ones the best.”
As he said this he let be moved and decided, for the time being, to let that hand wander to his drink. He grabbed it up, took a sip, and settled his gaze on the two young men across from him. As he shifted in his seat though, his leg pressed along the side of Arno’s own, and settled there.
“So then, where is everyone from?” he asked the group as a whole, his smile bright and far less predatory now that Teaser was gone.
Drake’s attention shifted to the door as it opened welcoming a new patron into the bar. His focus would have returned to the young man he’d been talking to, but something about Norainu’s posture changing alerted him and he began to straighten once more.
Norainu’s golden gaze narrowed at the hurried, hooded figure that rushed past him, and muscles flexed instinctively when the stranger neared the bar. He slowly stood from his stool, his gaze flickering to Drake in silent question.
Drake didn’t move, so Nora did not either. Not even as the stranger suddenly vaulted over the bar and out of sight.
Seconds later the door opened again, allowing in a woman in a familiar uniform. Again, Norainu’s gaze flickered to Drake and the man gave the subtlest of head shakes as he pulled out a rag and turned his attention to the bar top, wiping it.
With his attention turned down words, Drake shifted his gaze to the man pressed up against the underside of the bar, doing his best to hide. His wordless request for silence was greeted with a small smile from Drake. Then, he was wiping the bar again, looking up just as their other patron rushed to the bathroom. He frowned just a hint, and then looked at Max.
As if nothing was a miss he spoke to his boyfriend. “Maybe those wings were too spicy for our new guest. Wanna go check on him, make sure he’s okay?” Of course, What Drake was really saying was that he wanted Max in a safe spot where he might not end up stuck in a middle of something, if something were to happen.
Back at the door, Nora eyed the holographic image, locking the details into his memory easily. Then he looked at the officer. Sure, he could have said some caped guy just ran in and hid behind the bar, but that wasn’t what this woman asked, now was it? She’d asked if he’d seen this particular humanoid and, technically he hadn’t.
“Don’t recall seeing anybody that looks like that,” Norainu answered truthfully, however skewed the answer might have been. But, this was neutral territory and there were a lot of people that frequented this place to get away from things- and not all of it was for safety. He’d seen his fair share of “evil” and “Good” people hideout here to just get away from the world, and whatever perceived responsibilities they had to whoever and sometimes, they even hooked up. “Why, he trouble?”
“My favorite color?” Caleb’s brows arched a little in surprise. Then he chuckled, relaxing some of the tension from his shoulders.
He’d been briefly worried that Rune would go straight for the hard stuff: ask things about his family, or dating history. Neither topics Caleb preferred to discuss, least of all with a stranger no matter how sweet or cute they might have been.
“Blue,” he then answered with a smile. “You?”

As their guest got up to head towards the bathroom, another patron entered the bar; this one coming in with what was apparently a police tail! Well, when he had said that the bar was getting pretty lively, he didn't quite expect this though. Still, both Nora and Drake were on alert, especially when the guest had vaulted over the bar to casually hide under it. Max could empathize. The woman who came in after him looked like she could easily broken him into three pieces if he looked at her wrong!
Turning as his boyfriend spoke, Max bit his lip and nodded his head.
"Sure... maybe I could make him soup instead." He murmured to go along with the ruse before making his way to the bathroom as well. Hopefully, nothing too bad would break out.
Seeing Caleb relax and give that awfully cute chuckle made Rune perk up in an almost puppylike fashion! That and the man's smile. Good god, it was so bright, so pure, must protect! When the other male asked him what his favorite colour was, the thai boy didn't even hesitate.
"Purple...but more on thesoft, lavender side." He said with a little handwave as if trying to adjust an imaginary hue. "Favorite flavor?"
Persis’s words sent Arno into a haze of confusion. He thought they had agreed upon being friends, then.. Why did the other perform flirty actions that he admitted to mean something by? And what was it the prince was trying to achieve exactly? As much as the pilot wanted to believe someone so special to have an interest in a regular joe as himself, he couldn’t for that very reason allow himself to. The very thought seemed vain and arrogant to him, and not just because the other was royalty, but simply an attractive individual was something he deemed himself unworthy of.
Before he knew it another move was made on him, and this time with the knowledge there was a hidden intention behind it. He placed his hands on the table and started fiddling with his fingers nervously, not sure what to say or do about the close contact between their legs. It wasn’t necessarily erotic or something he would label as flirting. It was like getting in the back of a car with two other people, a little close-pressed. Some people were just comfortable about physical contact like that and he could respect that, although he was the total opposite and preferred to have some personal space. It was enough to boost Arno’s anxiety though, the man clearly unsure of how to act in this situation.
When asked where he was from he looked at the boys in front of him to see if they would answer first or not, their cat-like features making even something as simple as enjoying a drink seem adorable. When he saw Persis’s smile he quickly looked down at the table, afraid to embarrass himself by letting even the slightest appreciation of the others good looks show. “Ves…-Veselina galaxy…” he muttered, looking back at Persis for only a second, the eye-contact terrifying him. Despite his suits regulation he could feel the heat rise in his cheeks again, a rosy blush that was all too clear on his pale skin.
The police woman sighed in disappointment at the bouncer’s lack of observation skill. She was quick to send her colleague to check the surrounding area and venues before returning her attention to the bouncer’s inquiry. “Very much so. His name is Anvi and he is in direct offense with the Exelix peace treaty through removal of his equalizer. He is also the prime suspect in the murder of his younger brother Kovu. It is of the essence we find him before the extremists do.”
She frowned as she scouted the bar with just her eyes, deeming it necessary to move from her position. There were plenty of caped individuals in the bar, so she made her way along the most outer tables in a casual and respectful fashion to actually see the patrons faces. She walked along the outer edge of the bar and to the back to the restroom. The sound of moaning and vomiting coming from the stalls instantly scared her out of there, having her hurry along the last tables and back to Norainu. By the look of her face she was disgusted and displeased. Was it not his job to prevent such audacities from happening? “In case you’re not aware there is coitus going on in the public restroom of this establishment.”
Since this was a violation of the law she was forced to write a ticket, or well, two tickets. “Now, unless the owner of this place is willing to pay their fine I’m going to need the full names of the individuals in violation of the law against public fornication.” Not that she had seen it with her own two eyes, as peeking into occupied toilet stalls would require a search warrant, but the smell and especially sound of it made her positive of the fact of violation, as Bezethas was rather talkative in his sexual endeavor with Brant. She looked up at Norainu with her pen and notebook in her hand, awaiting his response.
Anvi had not moved a muscle since he hid himself behind the bar, the kind response of the bartender but a small reassurance of the very real danger he was still in. All he could do was wait for a sign that the coast was clear.

Rowan remained in the stall, still throwing up as he fought through something; something he wasn’t even aware that was going on within him. After a few minutes, the male managed to get a hold of himself and slowly leaned back on his heels, panting a little. Once sure that the vomit was finished erupting out of him, he slid to his feet, albeit a wee bit shakily and moved over to the sink. Shifting on the taps, he first rinsed out his mouth before washing his face, attempting to ignore how shaky his hands were.
“The hell is wrong with you…?” He muttered, completely unaware of anything else that might be happening within the same vicinity. Running his fingers through his dark hair, he leaned against the sink and swore softly.
“Stop being such a pussy.” Rowan grumbled, smacking himself in the face before pushing back away from the sinks. Turning around on his heel, he moved to the bathroom door intending on pushing it open and heading back to his seat, that hopefully wasn’t taken.
“…Ah… Dark chocolate,” Caleb replied with a grin. “Ah… but I suppose you want to know from a taste perspective not from a cook? Sorry… it’s just dark, unsweetened chocolate if very versatile. I love using it when I bake deserts..”
Caleb then took a moment to ponder his choice as he thumbed the rim of his class, watching the swirl of creamy alcohol in his cup. “I like… bitter and salty things to eat though, if I had to choose.”
Persis smiled then at Arno, his gaze decidedly sharp and intent as he studied the strange man at his side. “Vaselina galaxy. I’ve never heard of it,” he admitted. “But I don’t do much space travel so much as planar travel. So that could explain it.”
He then grinned back to the entire group, the intent gone from his face and replaced with the natural charm he seemed to exude. “I’m from an Enchanted Forest in Fairie plane.”
Nora arched one bushed brow and scowled at the woman. He didn’t follow the news or politics, or much of anything that required an IQ higher than his own to understand. After all, as loyal and honest as Nora may have been, he wasn’t smart enough to understand complex subjects. Not that he hadn’t been trying to learn. He’d finally learned to read, after all, with Max and Kenzie’s help. Granted it was mostly children’s books, but he enjoyed it.
So, instead of confirming or denying anything, he simply let the woman walk by without a word. His gaze briefly flickered to Drake who continued to go about his business as if nothing were out of sorts and a strange man, possible murderer, was hiding beneath his bar.
At this time Teaser took note of the woman who wandered by, disappeared into the bathroom, and then back out again looking quite, upset. He smirked, amused as she made a line straight back towards Nora, and he tailed after, tucking his cleaning rag in his back pocket.
“Law against Public Fornication?” Teaser mused, as he approached and slid an arm across the woman’s shoulders. At this close she’d be able to smell the subtle scent of something nostalgic and sensual tickling her senses, catering to the smells she enjoyed the most as his pheromones mingled with her own chemical make-up. A subtle push to charm, it seemed, that Teaser rarely used unless it kept the peace. “My dear, I believe you’re a bit out of your jurisdiction. This bar lies in neutral territory, in the Cage dear. The legal parameters of your realm have no sway here.”
The Cage, or sometimes called the City of Doors, were spaces much like this one. They resided on the intersections of worlds, dimensions, planes, and anything else you could imagine. There were few such cages in existence and Drake Da’vi had been lucky enough to find this cage with available real estate and claim it as his own, making it a prime place for those who would never meet otherwise to meet. Of course, the tricky thing about Cages unless you were extremely familiar with them it was generally hard to wind up back where you came from through the visible, and hidden doors, the existed in such areas. And that went for outside the cage as well as inside.
A college student could be walking home and take a short cut in an alley, and wind up at the mouth of this one leading to the bar. Or the space explorer that came here intentionally for a drink could leave through a door and wind up in a hell dimension without meaning to. Of course, Drake did his best to mark the known exits and entrances outside his own shop (and some of the ones he’d discovered inside the bar), but some doors moved and changed of their own accord. Whether or not the other shops and clubs in the City of Doors did the same to avoid lost patrons, he had no idea.
“This is neutral territory so, while you are here… there are no bad guys, and there are no good guys. So, if a couple of visitors wish to be a little naughty, there’s no harm in that, is there? No one else has been bothered by it. So why don’t you put that away, and come have a drink? A hard working woman like yourself could use a chance to let go now and then, don’t you think?" He then leaned close, his already chocolate smooth voice dropping an octave as he spoke, his warm breath fanning over her ear and cheek intimately, "And maybe afterwards, you and I can have a little bathroom fun ourselves.”
He pulled back and winked, for added measure, his golden eyes twinkling a hint with mischief.
Norainu's nose twitched and he had to resist rubbing the scent of pheromones from his nose and fight off his own encroaching arousal for the familiar scent that, to him was a blend of citrus spices and sandalwood. Thankfully he was used to the affects now after all the rowdy adventures they'd shared in the bedroom with his lover, McKenzie. After all, even if Norainu and Teaser never admitted it, the sex was good between the three of them.
When Persis replied Arno had no choice but to look at him, the sight of his handsome face sending even more blood to his already blushing cheeks. The other was so close to him, the longer their legs touched the more pressure he felt on his chest. The words that Persis had spoken before changing the subject to home locations were lingering in Arno’s subconscious, planting the slight hope that maybe their friendship could bloom into something more. Actual thought he had now become too tired for. Only an action or words that directly triggered his anxiety could pull him from his state and force a thought. He looked at the table again and nodded when the other mentioned his home planet, well aware of where the fairy was from and what the cultural background was. “It’s nice..”
At first the police woman frowned defensively as the stranger wrapped an arm around her so casually, disgusted at the opening words as to her that law was just and should be applied to every public place in the universe. Her demeanor softened rapidly however, both because of the effect of Teaser’s pheromones and the embarrassing realization that she had entered a Neutral territory. She could feel her heart pound loudly in her chest as the male had her uncomfortably aroused, her muscles tensing in defiance to hold on to whatever control she had left of her body. Dealing with a succubus wasn’t exactly in the training and education of officers, thus she was left to her own defenses.
It was an audacity that the other thought there was no harm in public fornication, especially in a place that served drinks and food to its patrons, though the scent of freshly baked croissants and cinnamon rolls had her mouth watering at the thought of staying in this place she considered foul. She gulped when he suggested in such a sensual manner they go and do the very thing she despised, her body screamed yes but her mind told her no. She very loudly cleared her throat and looked away, for every part of his body seemed alluring to her at this point. “You. Wouldn’t rob a woman of her integrity.” She spoke formally while grabbing onto the engagement ring around her finger, but there was a light tremble in her voice that wasn’t there before. She gulped once more, every hair on her body longing to indulge with this stranger, but her mind and heart despised this desire with a passion. “I have work to do.” That said she moved away from him and hurried out the door, it feeling similar to a nightmare where she wanted to move fast but her body refused to cooperate.
Teaser had completely set her off, for she couldn’t focus on work anymore and was in rather a hurry to leave this dimension.
He moved out of the bathroom and glanced around for a while. The police woman was still at the front door, no doubt still looking for her criminal, but nothing else appeared to be amiss. Thankful for that, Rowan headed towards his seat and slid into it just as Teaser reached the female. He ran his fingers through his hair and shifted a little, so that he could watch what was going on. It was at least a little entertaining, though he didn’t like how the officer made him feel.
“Hmm… can I get another whiskey?” He questioned softly, gaze shifting back towards Drake before he returned his attention towards the door.
It was like watching a car crash and being unable to tear one’s gaze away even though it was bound to be horrific. Rowan’s brow raised when Teaser slid an arm across the woman’s shoulders and he just blinked a little, more-so because of the pheromones drifting into his senses. Groaning at the near instant arousal he felt, the male licked his lips, not used to feeling how he was now feeling.
“Fuck…” He whispered, shifting on the barstool, eyes narrowing a bit as he looked around for someone to get this now pent-up frustration taken care of before he went crazy. It was a shame that he was such a submissive, because despite how strong the urge was, he wasn’t sure if he would approach anyone and get it on, so to speak.
Both the males in front of the twins were from pretty odd sounding places, well odd for them considering they came from Earth. Not that Earth was not odd in it's own rights, it was a planet where that, oblivious to most of its human inhabitants, it was a meeting ground for an array of beings.
"We're from Earth" Alex answered with a toothy grin. "Boring huh?"
Gael had been sipping on his drink while his brother answered. At his boring remark he snorted, "Ha...only boring if you're a human with no ties to the other side. Unfortunately certain humans are beginning to delve deeper into the things they shouldn't. Hence how me and my brother are sitting here with fluffy ass tails and ears." Wiggling the appendages for good measure he sat his drink down and relaxed even further into the booth. By now Gael's cheeks had flushed completely red and his gaze was heading towards unfocused-ville.
"But a fairy and someone from a different galaxy. That's so cool" he murmured happily.
Sammy's eyes widened when the female leaned forward and whispered against her ear. The feel of her lips caused Sammy to cock a brow and pull back slightly, just enough to get a glimpse of Alysa's face.
"Hmmm..." smiling she lifted a hand between them and slid a finger under the female's chin in a soft caress. "I can be very encouraging hun no worries there." Dropping her hand however she turned to order them two more drinks deciding at the moment dancing would be her best bet. Getting her hands on Alysa's body was not something she was going to miss out on.
"Dancing it is" she cheered when she turned back around holding both drinks in her hands. "Lets get our booties to the dance floor."
Alysa loved how Sammy’s finger felt against her chin, the caress welcoming. She wanted to dance alright, but her mind was heading towards dancing in the sheets. Groaning softly at that thought as well as the lack of touch on her chin. Cocking her head towards the side a bit, she grinned when two more drinks were ordered. Taking one of them, she nodded and grasped a hold of Sammy’s hand with her free hand, dragging her to the dance floor, tossing back the drink in the process.
“Let’s boogie!” She cheered, laughing hard as she placed the empty glance down on a random table before grinding herself against Sammy’s thigh, winking in the process.
“I’m not a great dancer though… on the dance floor, that is!” Laughing at her own joke, she wrapped both arms around Sammy and tugged the female against her, tilting her head to the side yet again as she latched onto her neck, nipping on the flesh.
That was all Arno had to offer to the conversation? My, he really was a odd little man wasn’t he?
Persis turned his gaze back to the twins sitting across from them and then he smiled, nodding in agreement to the duos compliments. The Fairy Wild was a wonderful place in Persis opinions, but extremely dangerous if you didn’t know what you were doing. It was never a boring day in the wild.
“Ah, so the same place as the bar owner.” Persis gestured towards Drake with a grin. “He’s from earth too. Rather boring guy that one though, not like you two beauties I assure you.”
Persis had found Drake interesting at one point. Then Max came along, and Drake started spouted stupid things about love and faithfulness. Supposedly Drake had saved the shifter’s life in some heroic way, or another. Persis was sure it was just an exaggeration because he couldn’t see Drake Da’Vi chopping off or running anyone through with a sword. Nevertheless, Persis knew love, knew faithfulness, but he could never understand monogamy. He preferred the freedom of his polyamorous lifestyle to much anything else.
Still it was interesting that, as boring as Drake was (per Persis’ description), it was interesting how he had manage to draw together such an odd bunch of friends. Persis (unfortunately) included. Perhaps it was that shine. Some inner glow that simply magnetized the supernatural and strange to him. A shine that promised great things in the future (be it good or bad). Whatever the reason, the human had powerful allies that made him nearly invincible to those who weren’t.
Teaser kept the smile on as the woman rushed out of the bar and kept it until he was sure her footsteps had faded far beyond his Garou hearing. Only then did his smile drop and the steady stream of pheromone drop quite suddenly. He looked, dead panned at Norainu.
Norainu, his cheeks a little flushed, adjusted the swell in his now too tight jeans. “You shouldn’t do that shit in closed spaces, y’know.” Norainu’s nose twitched and his gaze pointedly looked towards the bar where it seemed one or two others had been just close enough to be affected as well.
Teaser dropped his gaze briefly to the sizeable bulge. Contemplatively. Maybe he could borrow Norainu for a few minutes to take a bit of the irritated edge off? The thought was dashed as Drake’s voice carried over to the duo.
“We good?” Drake said as he poured another whiskey and slid the lowball glass to Rowan. His gaze, however, was on the two men by the entrance.
Teaser turned as Norainu nodded in answer, and swaggered his way towards the bar. As he slipped between two stools, about a seat from Rowan, he leaned over the bar just a little to peer at the man hiding beneath it. His nose twitched a hint as he sniffed the air, searching for any signs of danger in that smell.
“D. You really need to stop harboring strays, never know what kind of problems they drag in with them,” Teaser said, his golden gaze narrowed on the stranger. “Lady said the guys a killer.”
“That so?” Drake replied easily and then looked down at the stranger. “You a killer buddy?”
Even when the woman ran off and the pheromones dropped immensely, Rowan’s desire didn’t dissipate at all. He hadn’t been laid in such a long time that he was aching for release. The scent didn’t help at all and as he was slid the whiskey, he picked the glass and all but threw back the liquid down his throat. His body was trembling and he grasped a hold of the counter, groaning.
Damn it… damn it… He muttered beneath his breath when Teaser sat down about a seat away from him. Shifting on the stool, he adjusted his bulge, it straining in his pants. His gaze slowly turned towards Teaser, eyes shifting down towards the male’s pants as he licked his lips hungrily.
Dark eyes hungrily stared, making it clear what he needed so badly, but he didn’t have the words to voice just what it was he wanted. Instead, he tore his eyes away from Teaser’s groin and looked at Drake. “Another please…” His voice was hoarse and husky and he had to shift again, clearly uncomfortable.
Cool? Arno had never thought about how the Veselina galaxy could be seen as cool, and the more he thought about it the more he agreed. Of course his fascination with space made him biased, every galaxy had hat least one aspect that made it cool. He felt his heart sink a little when Persis called the cat boys beautiful. The fairy had been coming on to him, so to see him interested in others was hurtful. Arno felt foolish for even getting a small bit of his hopes up, he had fought so hard not to, but if he truly hadn’t then he wouldn’t be feeling this way now. he knew their culture, that’s why he had been so clear about being just friends the way humans see it. Persis had made it clear in a way that he was interested in more than a human type of friendship, then why was he flirting with others in his very presence?
Arno could only assume the other had no interest in having a human friendship over a fairy friendship, while the pilot had made it clear he didn’t want a fairy type of friendship, but a human one. He gulped before scooting away again, this time leaving enough space between him and Persis to seat a guy as broad as Norainu. He rubbed the part of his leg that had touched with the fairies’, his breath a little shaky and his free hand nervously kneading on his lap as if he had an invisible stress ball. He could only look at his lap, not at the fairy nor at the cat boys. Whatever there was left to say Arno didn’t know it, and even if he did he still wouldn’t speak, afraid that opening his mouth would make him tear up again.
Anvi had been waiting behind the counter, terrified of being discovered all this time. It wasn’t until Teaser warned Drake about harboring fugitives that he felt relief, it to him a sign that the danger had passed otherwise they wouldn’t be speaking about it so openly. He looked up at Drake’s question, lowering the cowl that was over his head so he could properly show himself to his savior. Like all Exelix his skin was black as coal, his ears pointy, and beneath his hood and out of view were large bug like wings, the same color of his skin but see through. His hair was straight and black, falling flat against his face, eyes dark blue like the deep ocean. “No, it’s not like that.”
Normally a collarless Exelix would bring up giant red flags, especially in humans, so the fact that he was given the benefit of the doubt was a miracle and very generous. Slowly he got up, first carefully peeking over the counter to see if there were any cops remaining. When he was absolutely sure of his case he rose to his feet and turned his attention back to Drake. “Thank you for covering for me. Can I stay for a bit, please? I wouldn’t hurt a fly, I swear.” He looked at Teaser at the end of his sentence, intending his words for his ears as well.
Rune listened intently to the other male's response, storing the information for maybe... future use. Also, Caleb looked really cute when he spoke of his baking. It was almost enchanting...
"I think you might enjoy some thai food if you like salty things..." He said in response, an easy smile on his face. "Personally I gravitate towards more spicy-sweet things." Rune tacked on, stretching his fingers. "Favorite activity, then?" He asked, leaning forward a bit, eyes full of interest.
When he thought it was safe to come out, Max peeked out of the bathroom to see that no fight had broken out, no one was bleeding or possessed, and that the bar was in one piece... oh and his boyfriend was speaking to the... floor?
Coming out, he made his way over to Drake, Teaser reaching the bar before him and making mentions of a...killer?!
"Um... guys... everythingnis alright, right?" He piped up, once he was closer, looking equal parts concerned and confused.
