Re: Moonlit Memories's Art Thread [TA/DA]

Nice landscape! I like the water frothing as it goes around the small island and through the weeds, the dandelions in the grass. It's a great painting.

Re: Moonlit Memories's Art Thread [TA/DA]

Good composition, demon impaled and visibly suffering, one hand already gone. Hair is effective, don't worry about that.

lovely work! You have great lines, he's very proportional and those wings are impressive! I love how you have his cape and war skirt billowing in the wind. Surely an angel to be wary of.

Re: Moonlit Memories's Art Thread [Illustration/CG]

Wonderful drawing! Great lines, so crisp! I love the subtle clothes folds along the sleeves and for the blindfold, and how neat and sharp the rest of him is. Can't wait to see him in color!

Re: Miscellanea's Misbegotten Daughter (c)

New Year's Door The birth of a new year Celebrated beneath my feet. Glasses clanked and music thumped Yet somehow I fell asleep. It was only for a moment, When a door I've never seen Creaked open and eyes stared out at me. "No time! No time!" a tiny grandma cried, Tottering out from behind the gloo...

Your lines are clean and sharp and you have a wonderful sense of prospective! I love the swirls on the big toes, that swirl of hair on the cherub's head an...

Re: The Art of Krayne

The pod racer is fantastic, very realistic in appearance. And I like your little guy - hair sorta looks like a retrospective of various hair styles of The Doctor. I'd love to make a person in 3D. I really gotta get working on learning Blender. Make Human is fun if you want to make naked people, but ...

Science Fiction Badger Feature

Science Fiction Badger Feature (theme: It Came from Outer Space) Another shovel-full of dirt flew out of the hole, then Brutus asked, "Is this deep enough, Boss?" "Deeper!" Toothpick yelled, not even bothering to look up from his cards. "Boss wants ta make sure when we bury this, it stays buried!" ...

Re: Miscellanea's Misbegotten Daughter (c)

The Badger of Avon (topic: Stare - not my best.) "Three kings," Toothpick grinned, laying down his cards. "Three over a pair," The Shark smirked, spreading out his hand on the table. Buttons groaned, shaking his head as Shark raked in the pot. "We need some fresh blood in here," Toothpick scowled, ...

Re: Miscellanea's Misbegotten Daughter (c)

Oh, they're very much like the Amoeba Boys - the Badgers never quite get it right. I like freeform roleplay, like what we have going on here in CityScape, only I've not had any luck keeping any games going here. On another forum I visit, I got into a D&D game where the dungeon master threatened in t...

Re: Miscellanea's Misbegotten Daughter (c)

another story, just for fun. All Badgers Great and Small "Dis is it, boys!" Toothpick said, his namesake quivering at attention as the four badgers in their Zoot suits stared down the street at the bars and night clubs. "We're gonna paint dis town red!" "Uh, Boss?" Brutus said, lifting a five-gallon...

Re: The Art of Krayne

Krayne - I like the ball-of-clay idea that Blender uses, taking basic primatives, working and combining them into the shapes you need. and the idea of the background pic.

What a difference between the two! Your texturing looks great already.

Re: Miscellanea's Misbegotten Daughter (c)

Sorry, I missed this. I was depressed. New story, this is just for fun. The Badgers Are Back in Town. “So what do you think they’re doing?” The guard glanced up at the monitor at the four figures huddled around a makeshift table. “They’re playin’ cards.” “They ain’t moved a muscle in five minutes.” ...
