What has been your top games of 2023?
The one I remember most fondly was Dredge. It was quite short and there isn't much replay value, but it was a neat experience.

Do you care about "loading screens" on games?
I've got a beefy PC and a proper nvme drive so I don't really have loading screens... When I did I didn't really mind, it was just part of playing games. The only one that did annoy me a bit was Sims 3 cause those load times were terrible, but thats mostly cause of all the bloat they've added. I hav...

Green screen photography/filming
Getting a good result with green screens is fiddly, you need specific lighting on the green screen itself, then lighting on yourself and your camera has to be set up right. Once you have your picture, you throw it in photoshop/gimp and mask the green color to transparent. Haven't used photoshop, I u...

Yeah I like staying busy, keeps me from getting bored :P
I love music, what I lack is the discipline to learn how to play. I've had that guitar for over 10 years, still can't play much :P

Started playing Space Engineers again... fallen into the same trap as always. Spend 2 hours setting up basic ore collection and then sitting in visual studio writing scripts for things to play the game for me... fun tho

//ToDo: Felt cute, might update later Oh my I've forgotten how many cobwebs inhabit this place. Oh well, nothing a few tornados can't fix. I can't be bothered to look for the old images to fix the older posts... adds character to the place, you know? Figured I might as well start posting again, been...

Has Political Correctness ruined good comedy?
I don't think it has ruined comedy. Rather I think PC people are going too far by tyring to "cancel" comedians who aren't PC. I'd say a "Don't like it? Don't watch it" policy should be in effect. Comedy is not personal. Anything said is simply said for laughs. Popular stereotypes are known to everyo...

Picked up DREDGE. Bit spooky, bit cozy and you get to fish. Quite fun so far, hoping it'll get spookier.

Games on GOG.com that work on Linux?
You can run all of those on linux thorough WINE. Learn how to run something you have through WINE before buying cause it takes a bit of effort to get it running.
