Would Knights of Sidonia count? Its sci-fi but kind of military-ish ?

Oh! I remember this game from the 360 and PS3! I got quite far in it but got a little lost and haven't really played it since. I really should return to it :) I'd most likely have to start again though as I don't really remember the story or plot now :( I remember something about collecting sheets ...

Yeah you are right, it is just society thinks that cartoons are for kids or that you'll grow out of it eventually. I don't think I can ever grow out of anime

I'm so glad to see anime fans here that in their mid twenties and early thirties, I get so much crap daily from my parents about how I'm 24 and still watching anime lol

My favorite games from Japan are Pokemon, Final Fantasy, and Zelda.
