I play some of the same, some games from back then I still very much enjoy and cannot abandon, and some new current games, notably VR =)

It definitely does, and its so easy too meet people too, I never felt isolated during the coronavirus thanks to that

If I could make a game it would be basically the Myst series for VR, beautiful puzzle game

VR has definitely been worth it for me, I've been using it every day for around a year and a half, and though the content for it is currently limited, its very fun, and there's more that comes out more and more.

Oh yeah, where are my manners, I use a Rift CV1 for VRChat

Yes I play VRChat, nice to hang out with friends even during quarantine.
