I cant give a lot of advice on depression, I have and do suffer from it but I take things one day at a time and find it better not to dwell on things you cant control. Life can change just like that, so enjoy life for what it is and remember that even though there are bad times, there are good ones ...

Anxiety I suffered from a bit when I was a kid but depression, well, I've learned to live with it.

Well I keep on ticking
If small nasty things piling up can drag me down, the brief beautiful moments can balance out those scales.
