Mega disappointed - first ANIME-con but NOT first con  :rage: badly signposted from the start, hotel staff not aware at ALL about the con, very off putting (aware they didnt run but saying "i dont know" was very poor) :confuse: "helpers" giving out wristbands were more interested in talking to each ...
