Youtube is your friend. Generic "sleep" music might work for you. I sometimes go for shower noise, or the ultimate guarantee of me falling asleep since being 3 years old, the vacuum cleaner.

Star Trek Resurgence, until I got stuck last night so I watched a walkthrough on YouTube (I know technically that's cheating but I won't say anything )

I either got it on a steam sale or humble bundle sale, probably the latter. I got it to play on VR, I won't be playing anytime soon. I'm not sure how much main story I've got left but it's saying I've been playing for 9 days 4 hours and 59 minutes. Currently in nuka-world arcade. I expect another 8 years before finishing anyway.
