So, I recently published a Youtube video of my Top 10 Characters I'd like to see in future Smash Bros DLC. I figured I'd come here and share it-

Favourite British Anime/Manga Character
Wow, you know your voice actors! To an extent. :) Like, on the subject of the aforementioned Ceil and Sebastian from Black Butler, they shared their voice actors (Briana Palencia and J Michael Tatum) with Holo and Laurence from Spice & Wolf. J MIchael Tatum was also Negi's father Nagi Springfield i...

Favourite British Anime/Manga Character
I remember in the old dub of Sailor Moon, they said that Amy/Ami/Sailor Mercury transfered from Brighton Academy and her voice actress, Karen Bernstein had a British twang to her accent. I could be remembering it wrong though, in which case, I'll default to Professor Layton. "That's a video game cha...

Mana series (Secret/Sword/Legend/Trials of...etc)
I haven't played Sword all the way through, but I have played the original gameboy version, Final Fantasy Adventure. It's actually one of my top 10 Gameboy games. You could say it's a game so nice, they remade it twice.

Looking forward to Christmas?
I am looking forwards to it. Time off from work is always nice. I'll be renovating my garage so I can have a proper workshop. And its a lovely time to pig out and be drunk and jolly... I'm in complete agreement! (Well, it's always a good time for me to be drunk and jolly anyway). Since there's stil...

Mana series (Secret/Sword/Legend/Trials of...etc)
Over the weekend I've been playing Legend of Mana for the PS1 and I enjoyed it a lot more than I was expecting. It can be hard to work out where to go next (unless you use a guide... Don't judge me...) but the combat is some of the best in the series. In older games, like Secret or Trials you'd swin...

What's your favorite failed console?
One of the biggest differences that I've noticed is that the Switch loads faster. I've played Breath Of The Wild on both Wii U and Switch and loading my save file on the Wii U took a minute, whereas on the Switch it was almost instant. The Switch is also easier to get more memory for. With the Wii U...

What's your favorite failed console?
It's hard for me to choose between the Sega Saturn and the Wii U. The Wii U had the best version of Twilight Princess (Skippable cutscenes...such bliss...) great virtual console choices, including Harvest Moon 64, available in the UK at long last and the gamepad was handy for grinding in RPGs while ...

🎃 What are you doing for halloween? 🎃
I'll be studying, since I have Open University to keep up with. But once I've finished, I got the DVD set of Dracula films (including the one with Bella Lugosi) and the 25th Anniversary Edition DVD of the Caper movie (With Christina Ricci and Bill Pullman). So yeah, movie marathon with a couple of b...

What game(s) are you currently playing? How far have you gotten?
Trying to get through some of my RPG backlog, starting with a couple of the shorter games. This week I'm plaing the first Suikoden game. I heard it's like a 15 hour RPG.

Summon Night Swordcraft Story 2 for the GBA. I really enjoyed the previous game, and heard that the sequel was even better, so I went into it with high expectations. First impressions were good. The graphics nice, with a brighter pallet of colours and the sound is better. But the prologue just dragg...

Welkin from Valkyria Chronicles. Considering he's operating a tank for most missions, I should be safe in the Edelweiss.

Re: Pokemon Sword & Shield
I finished the story and the post game mission yesterday. I have to say it was quite a breath of fresh air that the post game didn't involve babysitting Looker for a change.
I also liked the sly little reference to the Liver Birds this one trainer says about Corviknight.
