AL London Cosplay Picnic - Sun 15th Nov. Free Food & Drink!

WHEN AND WHERE?

On Sunday 15th November at Hyde Park between midday and 4pm will be the AL London Cosplay Picnic! Bring all your friends along! ^^ We anticipate roughly 100 people for this GIANT PICNIC! This event is the sister event to AL Club London. Be sure to come along!

HOW DO I FIND YOU?

We will meet up with everyone outside the Hyde Park Corner tube between midday and 1pm. At 1pm we will then go on to the picnic!

SO DO I BRING FOOD AND DRINK FOR THE PICNIC?

Don't bring food, we will buy it all beforehand.

Food and drink will be free! All provided for out of Animeleague Club London funds!

DO I HAVE TO COSPLAY?

Cosplay is advised, but not mandatory. If you want to just come along to meet with other anime fans, then please just do so!

How do we like recognise you guys outside Hyde park corner tube if we are going?
[I'm considering, not sure what i'm doing that weekend at the moment]
Though actually lots of people in cosplay wouldnt be too hard to miss...

Also, is there any official way we sign up for it?
I joined this site about 10 minutes ago so am still a bit clueless xD

I'll probally get there at 11-12 hopefully in cosplay o-o and since I know at least one of the oragnisers then it should be easy to spot x3 Also if alot of people turn up say 100+ wont we have to eventually move into the park to stop flooding the pavement so to speak?

There will be two groups - one group meeting everyone outside the station, and the other group getting the food and setting up the picnic in the park. Every twenty or so people that turn up we will sheppherd to the picnic itself.

That way no crowds and no one gets lost.

Ahh I see, lol I forgot to sign in before posting X_X, Ah well but yeah were abouts will the picnic be held near the band stand or on the grass patch behind the benches? althought the latter is unlikely since we'd just meet inside if that were the case lol.

OK hype park is quite simple layout, I will have one person waiting inside the station waiting for people. so you should see someone or a group in cosplay. that person will tell you outside once outside they will be another person that will take you to the picnic. I am thinking about having a sign.

there no official sign up at the moment for it. it a anyone can come along thing.

I am thinking about having futher in the park than past picnics. the bandstand will most likey be the closest place to it.
