FINDING US ON THE DAY

If you can't find the venue, we will have staff at the tube station's entrance holding a sign saying Animeleague on it. They will then direct you to ALCL. They will be at this tube entrance (there's more than one tube entrance) - http://www.animeleague.com/london/images/towerhill.JPG

COSPLAY PICNIC ON THE SUNDAY WITH FREE FOOD & DRINK

Thanks to the strong signups, ALCL is now in a position to be able to thank everyone by putting on a cosplay picnic on Sunday 15th November (ie: the day after ALCL) which will have free food and drink! All ages are invited to this, and you can come to this whether you're attending ALCL or not. Read more about it here - viewtopic.php?f=300&t=98253

ENTRY AND PRE-PAYING

- If you have Pre-Paid you can get in from 11am onward. If you are not pre-paid the earliest you can get in is midday.
- The capacity of our venue is only between 300 to 400 people. If we hit capacity we will have to start turning people away and asking them to come back later (to give you an idea we already have 150 people pre-paid). The ONLY way to make 100% sure you're getting in is to pre-pay!
- Pre-Payments are STILL open. Register at http://www.animeleague.com/london/registration.php You will be sent an email once you are registered telling you how to pay via paypal or post.
- We will give you until THIS SUNDAY to register and pre-pay. After that we will only allow people to pay on the day!
- Once you're pre-paid, simply bring your ID along on the day and we'll give you your wrist-band.

IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF OF AGE

- You MUST bring along a valid proof of ID! This could be a birth certificate, passport, drivers license, student card and so forth.
- If you don't bring along ID you won't get in!
- If you're under 18 you won't get in! This is a venue requirement, so completely out of our hands!

EVENT INFORMATION

- You can signup for any event on the day at the registration/ops desk (same place you pay and get given your wrist-band).
- A provisional timetable (subject to alterations) can be found here - viewtopic.php?f=298&t=98205 Any timetable changes will be announced on the day via the bar's PA.
- Cosplay Masquerade is a standard masquerade, but with a £50 prize. You can signup on the day for this. To keep it short, this will not likely include skits.
- The Cosplay Showdown is what you enter if you want to do skits. There is a £50 prize for this as well. Read more at viewtopic.php?f=298&t=98211

CHANGES IN GOODIES YOU'RE GETTING

- Conbadges are no longer being issued, but wrist-bands instead.
- Each pre-paid will be given two tokens. Each one is worth £1 each and can be spent on AL merchandise (at this event only). With this you could get one AL poster or two AL pinbadges, or put it toward a more expensive item such as an AL t-shirt.
- The first 300 attendees (including pre-paids) will get an ALCL conbook to read and take home with them!

You might wanna post up routes to fenchurch street for people coming from teh C2C line I know from exsperiance that getting people to and from tower hill from there (Even though its left left right >_>) Can be a MAJOR pain in the butt lol.
