The school uniforms from Vampire Knight

Most uniforms are meh and the same but I looooved the details on the VK ones!

With all the contrasting piping and the red tie/bow? It certainly stands out!

Rikka's dress from Chuunibyou, Love, and Other Delusions I like as well.
