History: Back when she was younger, Jacy was a high class call girl and went under the alias Claudia Wallace. Most of her clients were extremely wealthy businessmen and others were members of the mafia. The Cityscape police department eventually came to know of her existence and she was set up by an undercover officer posing to be a wealthy man, ultimately leading to her arrest. She was given two options: work for the police as an informant or spend years in jail. Seeing little choice, she joined the police academy. Initially all she wanted was to find loopholes in the system while still living her double life, but soon she came to enjoy her work and continued to climb the ranks fast, putting away those she had once been involved with and wiping her records clean. Once she was promoted to chief of police, she decided to devote her life to justice fully and worked diligently to put criminal masterminds in custody.
Though no one she works with knows of the life she once lived, recently she has started to act on her growing interest in one of the Delta members, the undercover detective with a reputation of being a playboy, Raven Wolshire. After his accident, she began paying him daily visits at the hospital, despite his attitude towards her. Though at first, she did it out of duty, as time passed and the visits became longer, she began to admire that determination he possessed and his will to live, her respect growing into feelings, causing her to battle in her heart between her code as the chief and her desires as a lover.
Her past, however, has started to creep up, bringing with it guilt, terrible nightmares, old alliances, and the return of her former fiance, Spike, a man taken from her years prior, who suffers with the bioweapon known as the Strangler. It uses his body as a mere vessel and its current goal is to kill Jacy. He nearly succeeded twice: the first through possessing the now deceased Marle and the second through manipulating her childhood friend and current rival, Kira. Both times she barely came out alive and after another potential brush with death, Raven and Jacy found themselves on the run for their lives, however, it didn't take long for the Strangler to eventually catch up with them and unbeknownst to her, he decided to relay information about her past to the detective. Between him and the Marshal, Vyse Irving, tension was created between Raven and Jacy, eased only when she came clean about everything from her sordid past.
After mending the trust that seemed to have been broken between them, Jacy found herself meeting up with an old enemy turned ally to help aid in separating the Strangler from Spike's body, going into a dream world to break the bond between them. The deal she made in the past with Zombie came at a high consequence, but she was given time to try and find an alternative. Feelings between the undercover and the young chief grew as the two confessed the growing feelings they were having, deciding to try and start an actual, secret relationship with one another.

She was kidnapped by henchmen working for Diego Vance and was brainwashed. In recent days she has become a dancer, a dream of hers that she was made to believe, but Isara is beginning to have her doubts.

History: Many of Kira's peers consider her as a hood rat for the fact that she's a scrapper and grew up in the ghettos of Cityscape in foster homes. She eventually acquired the skills to become a bomb specialist. When she was twenty one her kid sister was kidnapped. Kira searched for months before she found her and ultimately ended up killing her, blowing up the warehouse she had been held captive in. The explosion forced a piece of shrapnel to get logged into her eye, only mere millimeters from puncturing her brain. From that moment on Kira began working in bars, eventually opening up her own, all the while developing a drinking habit. She is rarely seen sober and hates cops, but tolerates Jacy because of their childhood friendship and vice versa.
After meeting a young man named Kaim Sukari, Kira has been reminded of her roots and past mistakes, forcing her to seek out not only the grave of her younger sister, but her former mentor, Donovan Sharp, or better known as Boomer, the man who taught her everything she knows about making explosives. Their reunion was filled with liquor, sexual advances, and blatant early morning lies, a drastic change from her betrayal to Jacy that followed only hours later. With the offer to bring back Serene for Jacy's life, Kira lodged a knife into her friend's back, only to realize she had been tricked by the Strangler.

Even then, that side of him is rarely seen. Hoss is usually seen looking for Kira or tending the bar and almost never takes off his sunglasses.

History: Former bronc rider, Vyse tamed the wildest of wild horses. Naturally, his skill on a horse served him well during his career and allowed him to complete his training at the Marshal Service Training Academy with stellar performance, especially on his quick draw and marksmanship. When he was only twenty years old he fell in love with a CityScape stripper and in a very short time, the two eloped in a very vegas style wedding. During his decade long marriage, his city bred wife spent much of his hard earned money on designer shoes, bags, clothes, anything that caught her attention in stores, even another man. It wasn't until he walked in on his wife screwing someone else that he filed for divorce at the age of thirty. Even though he was quite skilled at taming horses, he couldn't manage to tame the wild woman, who stole and shattered his heart. The experience caused a bitterness not only towards city women, but for CityScape in general, however, he still wears his wedding ring as a memento. In recent days he has been given the order to transfer to the CityScape Police Station by a few higher ups to figure out exactly why there's been a rise in criminal activity and to keep a watchful eye over the young chief.

Personality: Leon is generally cool headed and always serious minded, cracking small jokes from time to time. He takes most things in stride, especially when it comes to drama, generally getting over situations fairly quickly. Whether it's a confrontation between good friends, or the death of one, instead of becoming distraught, he'll focus his mind harder on his goals. Often he loses himself through his training to become stronger, believing that by doing so, he can save anyone and everyone he cares for. He's an extremely determined and often bull headed individual, refusing to back down and always fighting harder to the bitter end, not even allowing himself to stop him from achieving his goals. Because of this mentality, he often puts himself in lone wolf scenarios, thrusting himself into his training with his one track mind and can come off as insensitive or brash.
Though many women fawned over him while he was younger and continue to do so in his adulthood, he pays little attention to them, often neglecting even his own needs as a man. Rather than gawking at a beautiful woman, he'll more often than not give an off-handed compliment instead. If indecent thoughts run through his mind or he sees a woman skimpily dressed, he'll usually look away from them out of respect. If a group of women crowd him, like what often happens when they recognize him off the streets, he'll become annoyed, ignore them, or come off as cold. Leon can easily be seen as aloof, sometimes needing others to explain certain situations to him, especially when it comes to female advances and flirting. Thanks to his behavior, mixed with his one track mind towards fighting along with his career, he may not be the most dependable person, but will always do his best to be there for those he cares for.
Of course, Leon is an avid lover for a challenge and the thrill, fighting anything, even if the odds are greatly stacked against him; he'll even fight a bear...Only when another's life or his own is in danger and no other option is placed before him, will he summon Augustus to aid him. In high school he dated Jacy and as soon as came of age, the boxing world called to him, came to know of his skills in the underground fighting ring and offered to make him into a true boxer. Jacy tried to get him to stay, but he was convinced he would never get another chance to fulfill his dream and thus, ended their high school sweetheart relationship. His dream did indeed come true and he fought live for many years, taking down the best of the best. During those years, they kept in contact, sending each other letters on occasion and over the years, he came to regret his decision of leaving her behind. Despite his feelings, he has come to accept his big brother role in her life...

Specialties: Augustus is an elemental based personification, often using the environment around him--his specialty being electricity along with powerful strikes and as a result, Leon is hardly affected by it, even when he isn't summoned. During the summoning, Leon's senses become a bit keener and his body, more agile. At times, Augustus will "lend" Leon his powers, sometimes infusing his host with electricity, which he can then use to his advantage in an attempt to tag team foes. His greatest weakness, however, is ice based assaults and as a result, so is Leon. If Leon suffers too much physical pain and the mental connection between the two is severed, then Augustus will vanish until summoned once more, but not without leaving his host to become highly fatigued and vulnerable.
History: When Leon was eight years old and witnessed the death of his family in a house fire, he was held back from going inside to help protect his family. The event was the catalyst to Augustus heeding that little boy's calling, making Leon the youngest person on record to awaken. The name "Augustus" was what the personification called himself and so, Leon suspects him to be an illusion of the great Caesar Augustus of the Roman Empire, however, every time he asks, he never gets a clear answer. Over the years, the two have formed somewhat of a bond and Augustus makes it clear that Leon's will is his own, yet at times he has proven to be difficult to command, doing whatever he wants instead. He's been asleep for a few months until recently.
Additional Information:There is little to no solid information about Augustus and anything of his kind, though there is plenty of speculation. While some believe them to be deities, illusions, spirits of historical figures, guardians, and even demons, their purpose and the reason for their existence remains unknown, even to the humans they inhabit. Augustus and all like him are quite commonly believed to be manifestations of their host's personality and/or soul, a kind of mask that protects their user when they're met with impossible odds, making their appearance only when the user is experiencing immense mental stress or fear. For this reason, Leon uses a gun to evoke Augustus, while others have been known to use fake suicide pills and in very rare cases, a user can summon the manifestations by sheer will. Because the user's eye color tends to have a 'smoking' effect, many believe the manifestations to be the 'mirror to one's soul' and speculate that the unmistakable sound of shattering glass directly relates to this. Research indicates personifications can gain their own sense of awareness, sometimes causing them to go berserk on their user and ultimately leading to their host's demise.

In his care, the company deals mainly in charity organizations, orphanages, and school funding, keeping only mild roots in developing pharmaceuticals for genetic defects and with his daughter's suggestion, has begun looking into cases like Leon.
