You should visit Anime & Manga if you haven't already, since it is full of discussions and games, etc. There is also Manga & Comic Artists which is full of in the make Manga's and Comics. Plus, you can likely meet people if you attend Meetups and Events in your area. To see these, go visit MEC (Meetups, Events & Cosplay). If you need additional help, don't hesitate to sign up for a Guardian. They can answer your questions and all that fun jaz.
