A lot of people have been here on AL for many years. Some leave and inevitably come back. what keeps you here and if you leave, what makes you come back? I've been on and off AL since 2006 and been here consistently since 2009. I love it because of the people. AL is my home away from home. with like minded crazy people who get my randomness. What is AL to you. Why do you stick around? Why do you love AL?

I've only been on the forum for a month, but I love AL for all the weird and wonderful people. <3 Getting to make friends is always great, but when they're anime fans that are in the same area from you is even better. xD I'll definitely be around for quite a while. :3
The people on here are awesome, that's why i keep coming back. This is my 3rd stint on here and hopefully i won't be going anywhere for a long time.

Mostly just the RBers these days, it seems like everything else I liked about AL has either been systematically destroyed or fallen apart on its own.

Not if all you did was bash AL, if you made legit criticism and suggestions on how to improve AL that would be different but I don't see it going over well as a whole
Yeah I guess that would largely depend on what Free's definition of legitimate criticism was. Just don't seem right that we're only allowed to elicit one set of emotions publicly about the forum.
