2 gets my vote. Hnrrrgh. So pretty. Love the other ones, but I am really digging the vertical sigs and the style and effects in that one are just waaaay too pretty.

As much as I love Loki in all his incarnations (I'd love to see someone actually use the current Kid Loki, never has a god of mischief been so adorable), I'm gonna go with 1. I was never a big fan of Romanov, but I do love the style here. As for 3 and 4, I am glad you guys decided to use actual comic images, but meh. Again, not a? Widow fan, no matter who's wearing the mantle. 3 loses points because I don't think Norman 'The Green Goblin' Osborn's team should actually count, despite having the awesomeness that is Ares and Noh-Varr. Plus the font doesn't really work too well in my opinion (nor does the quote, but that's objective).
No. 2 got my vote, only because I like the text used with it, and the person certainly seems the type that could command that kind of attention. I love the colours used in it.

1, 4, and 3 were hellaciously awesome as well. In any case, here's how I voted and why. I voted 1 because of the background and the text. (I know very little about signature making so my interpretation of what I'm seeing is not going to sound very technical) The background is a city environment to me. there's lots of noises, lots of color. In the cignature though it looks like most of the colors were somehow... erased/phased out or maybe you just cropped the picture so you didn't have as much colors and noise to deal with. Whatever. But when I sa the text it looked like you took the same exact city background, put it onto the signature and added a text whose style screamed 'street' or 'i wear a mask but I'm a good guy'. So that's why I liked it. That and because of there's a picture of the black widow. (It's my default to vote for the image that fits the theme.) I liked #2 because for a very strange reason. And i didn't vote for it for a rather small reason. Ok. I use the blue AL skin so when I visit these boards I'm used to seeing certain colors jump out at me sorta because of my horrible vision. I liked it because it matched Dark sabre's avie and signature and she posted right before me. (I told you the reason I liked it would be strange.) I look at all the signatures at the same time in a separate indow while I post. In order from top to bottom, there's lots of red hues in all the signatures combined. Signature 2 and 3 stood out because sig 2 had a lot of green over tones and #3 had a lot of purple. Unfortunately my eyes seem to like complimentary things and since darksabre's name is in green for me and her avi and signature are red and there's a shit ton of red, I end up needing more green to balance it out. Sig #2 balances it out. I think. Does that make sense? So I loved the signature but I didn't vote for it because of the text. I loved the font, style, it was legible. However, I didn't think the content was best suited to the theme at hand. Well. Let's just say I know what theme the image was best suited for and it as not avengers. Image 4 and image 3. Image 4 had a lot of red. Not problematic. I loved everything about the signature and the only reason I didn't vote for it is because the text was not visible enough or it seemed to blur a little around the 'k' in black and the last 'w'. Image number 3 seemed to be a throwback for me. I've seen the image before and at one point, I think I used it as a desktop background. So for me it was a stellar image with a bit of gloss and text. I realize it's not necessary for me to explain how I voted at this stage where we have already picked winners but it's extremely important to me that I do do it regardless. Again, congrats to all the participants.
