It's seriously fucked me over, IO now need to update my entire eclipse build which is going to take, on 6meg a second, two and a half hours more than the hour it's already taken. Fucking piss take. I mean, it's not like I even needed what he was offering or anything.

I have a recipe for a spicy thai curry sauce.

first there was legitimate coconut milk, then they came up with "coconut water," and now there's another coconut milk?? like, i really don't know if its the same thing. i got it out of the dairy aisle as a cow's milk alternative (cuz i'm a tad lactose intolerant)

The recipe doesn't need a specific brand of coconut milk.

If it's the same color as milk, let's assume it is suitable for the recipe.

grab your coconut milk.
You need a curry paste. comes in a really small can. like a can of tuna fish except smaller.
You can get it from most chinese herbal stores or specialty markets.
Get two cans of it. (shouldn't costmore than 4 bucks per can)
measure out four cups of coconut milk (Ifyou have less than that, throw all the coconut milk in a pot)
Throw in some bay leaves. Enough to cover half the surface of the milk.
turn the pot on and let the coconut milk get hot. Add in the contents of ONE entire can of curry paste, stir until it gets smooth.
after about 5 minutes, taste it. (it's gonna be hot straight from the pot so blow on it.) if the sauce is not spicy open up the second can and add a tiny bit of it. keep adding more until it's spicy enough for you.
Keep stirring another 5 minutes. add in black seasoned pepper a pinch of parsley. garlic is optional.

You can pour the sauce over noodle seafood, chicken... pretty much whatever.

DO NOT EAT THE BAY LEAVES unless THEY ARE SOFT. If they are stiff you can still use the sauce but do not eat the leaves.

I'm gonna raid my cabinets and see if i have any more thai paste so i can tell you the brand i use. Hmm... I have no idea what brand of coconut milk you have but... I buy three different kinds. for cereal i buy coconut milk that comes in a carton for cooking stuff i try to get canned coconut milk. for baking/dessert crap, i use coconut milk that looks like it has cursive writing on it or whatever.
