how do you think the world will "end"

there's many theories from an alien invasion to a zombie out break but what do you think would be the most likely to happen and why?

In my opinion the two most likely scenarios would be AI's taking over and one big corporate monopolizing everything and making a dystopian future. the first one i think is likely because we are continuing to make robots better and better, it may be in the far future but eventually it is highly likely that we will develop AI's. and from there how long will it be until they rebel against us? the second option I believe to be more likely than the first. We already have major companies that are buying out the smaller ones and are becoming larger themselves. eventually only a few large companies will be left and then they will start to try and buy the others out until there is one mega company that rules everything.

I personally hope for a zombie apocalype, just for the fact I would hunt down the cast of Jersey Shore and DESTROY them without consequence...well I can do that now because no one really cares but zombies would be much more epic.

In all honesty I really don't see why 2012 is such a big deal if you look at the calendar from a realistic standpoint, Julieus Ceaser created the leap year in 45 bc, the mayan calendar was created in 3372 BC, if someone were to remove all of those extra days they would see the world should have ended sometime around last year.
