FINAL UPDATE: - London Cosplay Picnic is TOMORROW. We are 100% going ahead. Looking at weather reports, rain shouldn't hit till 4pm, and we'll be long gone by then! Please note, the contact number to call to get directions to the picnic or get picked up has changed. Since I am unable to attend, our wonderful crew-member Hugo De Morais shall be organising this alongside Narmeen. His number is 07947 452709. Please note this down - better safe than sorry in case you can't find us! We need a couple things, if anyone can help out! #1. STAFF - People to help staff for it... in terms of carrying stuff, picking people up and organising games. #2. ITEMS - Anyone who can bring along balls for dodgeball, a twister mat, a music player.. or anything else you can think of. Some food donations are also always appreciated. Saturday April 21st at Finsbury Park between midday and 4pm will be the London Cosplay Picnic! HOW TO GET TO FINSBURY PARK Finsbury Park Tube station is pretty easy to find on the underground. If you're struggling to figure out how to get there, then please go to http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/ and type in which station you're going from and Finsbury Park as your destination. HOW TO FIND THE PICNIC When you arrive in, simply wait by the entrance to the station and look for an Animeleague Poster Sign that we will be holding up. We will be ferrying people back and forth every ten minutes from 11:30am till about 1pm - so make sure you arrive no later than 1pm or no one will be there to meet you! Free food and drink will be available and it will cost you NOTHING to attend! However our budget is limited, so if you want to donate food and drink to the picnic please do bring it along and we'll be very appreciative! If you fancy making any cakes or whatnot - even better! DO I HAVE TO COSPLAY? Cosplay is advised, but not mandatory. If you want to just come along to meet with other anime fans, then please just do so! 3PM ONWARD?
