Distance - It's important to keep it in Leicester or in the Midlands
University Con - I would not want a hotel convention, it'd need to be a Uni
Dates - It must remain in September. Any other date wouldn't work
I would still attend as long as the price didn't go up too much, including accommodation, because I can't afford to pay a huge amount.

I'm against moving it further north, I already have to travel pretty far without making it even further, there are no cons in Wales so it's not like I can just go to another one....it wouldn't be fair moving it to make it easier for some and harder for others

Other events do this by leaving a percentage of their profits in their account so they have room for growth.
