I don't want to laugh at this but I can't help it. Foul. Reminds me of a time I woke up on a beach in Puerto Rico, bottle of rum in my hand, puddle of puke in front, and guy yelling at me in spanish. One of my more embarassing moments.

Bahh I had a big update and then my laptop died and I lost it and I lost all motivation to make this post.

Basically, had a real bad night and went home from a bonfire to get tanked. I planned to drink the wine as fast as I did, be plastered in my apartment for a bit and go to sleep.
I ended up going out because Alex texted me right as I had finished the bottle to go out with him and friends.

Woke up the next morning still drunk and pissed the fuck off and how things happened. Just. I dont' even want to talk about it anymore.

but I went to coffeenation and I was reallllllly fucking hung over. Derrick made me a grilled cheese and listened to be me half drunkenly/half hungover bitch about a girl I hate and about being hung over and everything and apparently I was out of it enough to be hilarious. He's a good guy, sometimes.

So yeah, I puked in the street when Isaac was walking me home and then Alex came to check on me and right as he came in the door that's when he caught me just in time puking and missing the toilet. and cleaning it up with my bare hands, like a boss. (As my friend Ian put it)

I feel a lot better about everything though. A lot happened that night and I was upset about a lot of things, that I had every reason to be upset over and even though drinking actually did nothing for it, sometimes if I just really break myself down and get real shitty, I feel so much better. This is the first time I've ever drank to do so, usually I read a book or start listening to Bright Eyes or just do something that'll make me absolutely miserable. And then once I do that for a day or so, I start feeling a lot better. I think it's because I really absorb myself in how I'm feeling and I just understand it all well enough that I get calmer, or like I just get so entrenched in it that I almost get over it and I feel a lot better about everything.

I'm booking Clocks' mini tour. (Alex's band) for August right now, and I can already see how being a booking agent/tour manager can be BEYOND frustrating, but I'm still so stoked on all of this.
Let's see what else is going on.

I surprised Alex by buying him Diablo III, he seems to really like it. It was kind of an apology gift from me for being a bratfaced bitch all weekish.

For real though, it was a shitty week but I feel really lucky to have some of the greatest friends on the fucking earth. Isaac who took me home, I've hung out with...5 or 6 times. That's it. Ian who I have been close with for almost a year now, well he's amazing. He's really taken care of me in the past year, been there if I ever was trashed and couldn't handle myself, was really there for me about my mom and just everything. He's such a great guy. He lives in Chicago but he's home every weekend so we have fun and can still hang out a ton together. Seriously one of my best friends at this point. Tons of other people I know have been absolutely great to me but right now Ian and Doug are standing out a long with Isaac for just being a fucking nice guy and taking me home/getting me to bed.

Bah, but i need to make some eggs and then head out to get ready and shower n shit and then I'm going to go see Alex and washington.
      Then I work from 9pm-2am. it'll be fun -_-

Haha no regrets, no shame. Over the years I've just had better times without waking up in puke on beaches haha.

I mean...yeah but still. it happened, revel in it! I seriously love me when I'm plastered. Now, I mean I don't do that all the time but when I am, fuck yeah I'm out of hand and it's awesome.

I watched Mulan for the first time tonight in a long time. In hindsight, holy god that movie might quite possibly be the most influential movie of my childhood.

I may or may not be listening to this song on repeat:

And I'm singing along with it. It's kind of humiliating.
it's just SO CATCHY god damn it.

I have no idea, I own it on DVD. I really need to use my netflix account more often, I just never have time for TV :/

And I'm in Chicago right now! We're apparently going out tonight, kind of PUMPED.

Call me on Monday evening if you can! (:
