COSPLAY PICNIC
PLEASE NOTE THAT COSPLAY IS NOT OBLIGATORY!
MCM expo, located at the Excel Centre in London at the end of May, is just around the corner! Traditionally AL has hosted a Fox Bar meet - and while AL members will probably still be meeting at the bar located on the bridge between the DLR station and the Excel site throughout the weekend, we thought we'd go for something a little more accessible for all this time round - a cosplay picnic!
WHAT IS IT?
The cosplay picnic will have free food and drink for everyone! However, if any of you were to donate extra food or drink, or perhaps cook some halloween cakes, I'm sure everyone would appreciate it, as our budget isn't unlimited! ^^"
We may play some games in order to break the ice and let everyone have a good time. It's a great opportunity to make new friends!
WHEN IS IT?
We'll be meeting at 6pm on Saturday 28th by the statue, and the picnic will go on till about 8pm on Saturday, though you can arrive or leave at any time. It's after Expo so you won't miss any of the fun there ^^
WHERE CAN WE MEET?
The plan is to meet by the statue. We'll then move on to the green :3 If you want to arrive late and can't figure out where we are, feel free to call me on 075 7834 4509
