1. How much time a day can you put into helping out? Will this time be consistent for at least the next three months?
I have a lot of free time at the moment so anything from 10+ hours a week.

2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own?
I like helping people out, I can work well with others or by myself.

3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most?
Well i like the video game section and entertainment zone. I really enjoy gaming, So i can appreciate others points of view on certain topics, I like posting new bits of news whenever i come across them.

4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?
1. Attention to detail, when do something i want to do it right first time around.
2. I would make sure that most topics are active.

Probably about 3-5 hours a day, will probably be consistant unless I get a job in the next 3 months, but even then I will give as much time as I can.

2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own?
I like helping other people out, even if it is just with small things. I work quite well with others and by myself.

3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most?
I like the video games section, mainly because I don't have many people irl to talk about video games with and I like that there is a section dedicated to it on AL.
I also like the fact that I haven't seen much "hating" on other game franchises on there, not kind of "oh this games sux lol" or anything like that.
I also like the ALJ section, because I can talk about random stuff that's happened to me during my day-to-day life.

4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?
1. I am on AL a lot of the day and am actively browsing most of the forum during this time, and can therefore spot anything wrong quickly and report it
2. I already have a good rapport with quite a few members of the staff and would enjoy the opportunity to help make AL a better, friendlier place.

Can be between 2-6 hours, depending if I'm working or not. I tend to work Sundays and Thursdays mainly, but try to get extra shifts at work.
Would give you guys a heads up if I'll be having a busy work period- Sales for example.

2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own?
Very motivated. I'm always willing to help out wherever needed, can work well with others and individually but will ask for help when needed.

3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most?
Manga and Comic Artists and the AL Journals sections.
Manga and Comic Artists section because everyone there is really talented and knows how to give constructive criticism where needed, and the AL Journals because it's a fun way to get to know other people and a great way to make friends!


4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?
Ideally, I'd like to help members that aren't as familiar with some sections by directing them to where they want to go, highlighting the assistants/staff members that could help them, etc. I just want to be available to help everyone as much as possible, staff and members.

Welcoming Newcomers Scheme- I try to post in as much Intro threads in the Entrance Hall as much as possible because I believe it makes newcomers feel a bit more relaxed when there's some friendly faces around.

Happy Birthday Scheme- It's always nice to get a wee happy birthday message! I'm sure I can add one more to that! :p

Guardians Assistant Scheme- @siegfried. and @Ivory were so helpful and friendly when they were my Guardians, I felt really welcome and felt safe in the knowledge that I could go to them if I needed assistance. I wish to help others become accustomed to the forum and to help newcomers that sign up for a guardian when needed.

I can offer around three to four hours a day to assist the group to which I am assisting. It will be consistant.

2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own?
Quite motivated. I do run other groups on another site, and my primary role is to help players find homes, assist with bio building, and writing techniques. I work well on my own or as part of a team and I take directives easily.

3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most?
So far its the rpg, which is where my true interest lay. Starting with CS, and hope to see that group grow.

4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?
1. I believe I have a lot to offer, in the position of assistant for Clan nation rpg, as I have five years experience, in rpg management and moderating. Assisting new people find their way in groups, and helping with character construction, posting questions, dealing with issues, between players, and general trouble shooting. I work well in a team situation, and also am able to complete set tasks given to me by a mod in an allocated time frame.
2. Always looking for new challenges, as writing is a passion of mine, and creating stories, and working plot twists, to help make an enjoyable reading experience for all.

1. CS (I feel I could help a great deal in gaining new members and helping build their existing rpg.)
2. Clan Nation (New ideas I have heard I would like to also to add my experience to this group, to assist in membership, plot developement and chara creation for others.)

Updates to Topic

- Assistants no longer required to fill in centralised report. Are required to respond if their scheme leader contacts them via PM.
- Expected Time requirement changed to 4-5 hrs a week from 7hrs a week. This does not need to be daily either, so they could do it in one go during the weekend for example.
- Minimum posts and time on AL changed to 50 posts and 14 days to make it easier for promising newcomers to appy.
- Any hmod/admin is allowed to accept new assistants and add them on board.
- Any assistant who is gone for 21 days or more, for whatever reason, will be removed. They can PM back upon return to be quickly readded. This is done to keep an active roster.

I can generally offer a few hours on most days, and I'll largely be consistent. (Only when life gets in the way will I falter )

Difficult... (it's all awesome) I like the entrance Hall (as it's nice for the newbies), and the clan nation is a rather fantastic idea. I also love the public chat!

1. How much time a day can you put into helping out? Will this time be consistent for at least the next three months? about 4-5 hours most days if I'm doing night shift it will probably be early morning for about 1-2 hours. Its just my work hours are not consistant but I will be on almost everyday!

2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own? I'm extremely motivated into helping AL as I enjoy visiting this website everyday. As I've been a member for a while I feel like now is the time to start giving back to a page that I've enjoyed for a few months. I work very well on my own and even in groups although sometimes in larger groups I feel like my point is sometimes not heard.

3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most? I enjoy aspects of AL and it's forums granted I havent spoke on all forums available I still try to get involved in a lot of posts. Im a very friendly person and like greeting newcomers to AL and helping them out with things they dont understand, or at least try my best to help. I love to get to know people on the public chat and since then have joined groups and assisted in helping people on AL.

4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?
1. I will make all newcomers feel welcome and assist in all aspects in making them comfortable and providing information of AL and all its forums for them
2. I feel like if I'm made an assistant my help into AL will help AL flourish into a larger community and bring people together. Also if I'm made an assistant I will try my hardest to become greater things and broaden my horizons.
