1. How much time a day can you put into helping out? Will this time be consistent for at least the next three months?
I could find around 2 hours a night to help out. In October I start University, but seeing as I really enjoy time to myself, I would say I could manage at least an hour for sure after that point.

2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own?
I normally spend a few hours on AL a day and so far have enjoyed helping out with the clan I am a part of, as a result I find it easy to motivate myself! I find I work better with others than by myself, simply because other people bring out the best in me. I have no problem working by myself either though.

3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most?
The Entertainment zone is a favorite of mine, the community are very friendly and being a Film and media student means I find a lot of the topics enjoyable. Clan nation I probably spend most of my time in as I enjoy being part of a small community and anime and manga is also a section i fit in well at, as I don't get to talk about anime and manga with my friends outside AL.

4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?
1. I feel I can contribute to AL as I am very level headed and motivated to help out anywhere it's needed
2. I enjoyed helping out in previous, smaller forums when I had the chance and would love another chance to help out.

5. State the three top schemes you'd like to join if you become an assistant, and give solid reasons for taking each scheme.
1. Entertainment Zone - Being a Film and media student means I can enjoy time spent here, and have quite a knowledge in this field.
2. Anime and Manga - I have a very open viewpoint to any anime, and also enjoy the offspring sections of the board, specifically the merchandise thread.
3. Video Gaming - Gaming is a hobby of mine that I can put a lot of time into, I feel experience would help in being an assistant.

1. How much time a day can you put into helping out? Will this time be consistent for at least the next three months?
I can pretty much be on for a couple of hours each day, since I’m up pretty much all hours of the day. The time I’m on won’t be consistant, but it will always be a couple of hours at the least. 
2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own?
I’m pretty motivated, I was an assistant before and pretty much know what is expected. I left for inactivity due to problems at home and whatnot, but I’m back now. I work well both on my own and with others.
3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most?
I mostly hang out in places of Roleplay, currently CityScape, since I’ve been absent for a while, and RR is confusing me from the changes. I also spend a lot of time in the ALJ’s. I love Crazyleague because I’m a roleplayer at heart, and ALJ’s is a good place to talk to people on my current crappy connection without going to chat.
4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?

1. Well, I’m quite confident that I can do my job, and do it well. Especially since I’m quite a social butterfly with lots of charisma, which is perfect for the schemes I’m signing up for.
2. I have a thorough understanding of what is expected of me and am quite sure I can live up to those standards.

5. State the three top schemes you'd like to join if you become an assistant, and give solid reasons for taking each scheme.
1. Welcomes and Goodbyes Assistant – I feel like I’m a quite welcoming and warm person. This would be a snap. Besides, I’ve done it before. 
2. ALJ Asisstant – I’m always there, so why not? I welcome people without being a assistant, why not be paid for it?
3. Guardians Scheme – thinking about it. Though I may wait until I have a better connection and can be on for more than a few hours a day.

*I'm pretty active. I can put in about 5 or so hours. I'm about to start college so that'll vary but I'll still be active without a doubt. And yeah it'll be consistent.

2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own?
*I guess I'm pretty motivated. I've never had any sort of problems helping out anyone even as a regular member no matter where I was. I'm pretty good at working with myself and others.

3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most?
*The graphics section and the general section. I like how layed back this place is. I come from an uptight forum where a mod told me I could die for all they care because I stood up to them. Sooooo. This forum has a nice atmosphere and I'm comfortable.

4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?
* I am a multi skilled GFX artist. My range goes from signatures/icons/tutorials/wallpapers/psd tutorials & tips. And much more. Though this isn't even my profession. I'm a film maker :3

5. State the three top schemes you'd like to join if you become an assistant, and give solid reasons for taking each scheme.
- Please keep in mind you are required to participate in AT LEAST ONE scheme. You cannot skip this question.
1. Graphics and Art scheme- Really the only one I'm interested in and the only one I want.
2. The sig squad?- I can't read the description but I'll join if it needs help as I just mostly make signatures
3. GFX, Avatar and Sig Request Scheme- I used to do request but I faded out a bit. However if this needs any help I'll resume taking in request if need be.

Change of Leadership for the Guardian Scheme... Was looking for the Assistant of the Month FAQ but couldn't find it. (Still looking) xD so since I noticed that, thought I would say so here as directed. xD

For at least the next three months, an hour a day.

2. How motivated are you towards helping out? How well do you work with others and on your own?
I've moderated the forum, been banned from it twice, and continue to apply to be an assistant. If that's not commitment to L&W, well, I don't know what is.

I work well alone, and I've never had a problem working with others while I was an assistant.

3. Which sections of AL do you like the most? What aspects of this place do you like the most?
Literature and Writing—usually it's a haven for maturity and analytical reflection. People put themselves on the line and attempt to better themselves through creative endeavours.

4. We are eager to know what you feel you can bring to our team. What do you think you personally could improve if you were made an assistant?
1. Aside from posting almost exclusively in Literature and Writing since the Jurassic Period, I've been a moderator or assistant of the section for roughly four years (collective). I have experience and knowledge of the forum's inner-workings and history.

2. I am dedicated and committed to the sub-section. I read almost every thread and usually comment.

1. Literature and Writing: see above.
2. AnimeLeague Journals: it's a place to socialize and meet people beyond face-value.
3. Ramblings: it's has a great community and vibe, as well as the opportunity to make hilarious events.

Shadow: I wanted to wait until I got the Assistant Central forum permissions back (registered users were disabled from looking at them). I wanted to bring it up in a staff chat, see if there was no way to reverse it and revert it to normal first; if it didn't get the permissions back, I'd have to organize it differently than it is now.
