well clearly the way to beat a big angry dragon is going to be to give it a hug or something along those lines, cause we all know dragons that try to kill are only seeking love they never got when they were younger and that friendship in the manga does just about everything.

p.s. don't get me wrong, love the manga and all, but friendship is being over-used right now.

the power of friendship has been the thing that's powered them through every tough enemy. We can't really complain though as this manga seems to be for younger kids therefore it doesn't need to be "deep" or complicated

The other times I'd have to agree with you but this time it actually makes sense since they're on the island of fairy tail (can't be bothered to remember the name) so it makes sense kinda that the bonds of every one who wheres the mark can power them up because there was that whole linky thing about it.

Ok who thinks latest chapter is getting crazy and silly/confusing.... 3rd master sets a 5th master when theres already a 4th, and then 5th master sets 3rd master as 6th master= lol epic lolage in this short time.

Second thing is ... how is there a dragon slayer of light, and shadow if all the dragons are so called vanished.... o.o or why is one of them even eating metal lol....

They were apparently around before the 7 year skip and were Gajeel's students, so they were probably already dragon slayers then, just not very good ones. Maybe the metal eating is just something he adopted from being Gajeel's student.

Yeah but so far not even had mention of there dragon or mention of them i would thought gajeel would said something when joining the guild lol,
plus shadow dragon slayer= meaning theres a shadow dragon (same with light dragon slayer)... well only dragon we seen besides the fire/wind/metel dragon is the black dragon whichhh <.< cant exactly be shadow can it.

if nothing else, the fact they both have Exceed makes them real dragonslayers, they only got sent as part of that plot, and that happened before the time skip as well.
