hi and welcome to the section!
i really like your style, and i think you are really good at composition as your sig are always well balanced. i mostly like the colours you use and the effects, only think is that you have to improve your typhography, somethimes the font or the colour just does not match the sig at all, i think you can do better! anyway good work so far!

Your work is good, you keep things balanced. Though the focus on the stock (that being the characters or image) sometimes leaves not much room for text. Do you use renders? (technically it's stock been cut out >>)

Well I suggest following some basic tutorials, with text and blending and what not.

And the resources links would help too. Though for some of them, I realised that after a bit of browsing with no account you have to sign up.. >> so be careful of that unless you're already a member of them.

haha I love that your so helpful. I currently work on another sig so I'm gonna try to apply everything I learn to that one as best as I can so it might be about another week in the making (what with baby, husband, and work whatnot. lol)

Hiya Tetsumi ^^ thanks for sharing your goodies with us. Alot of your stuff reminds me of my own when I first started out ^^ the more you do-- the more you learn and the more you'll see your work develope-- so hang in there, you're off to a strong start.

For topofraphy stuff, try mixing up your fonts and colors and adjusting the opacity. Don't be afraid to overlap them either. Topography is something you mess with over and over again till you find what fits. It's always the last thing I'll add to a piece because it usually takes me the longest to get right. XD

Yeah it's the last thing I do as well, just i was very one sided before and didn't want to make it look takey(sp?) I'm starting to learn that's not necessarly a bad thing though.
And Kae I do still have those, I'll def message you soonish (we i gots free time haha)

made a new sig! I'm hoping that the typography as slighly improved on this one. Let me know what you guys think

that's a really nice piece! i do like the render as the BG colours. i think the typography is good so far, still i think you put too much emphasis on it, as i think it should be something that is a part of the sig (as the BG effects) and not something that may distract your attention. anyway in this case it helps filling the empty space and balance the render. keep up the good work!
