Actually, assuming the last wolf bothers to send in the night kill, the last day phase will have to be a toss-up anyway. Shall I flip a coin to see who wins now, or wait till day? It'll be down to a wolf and a human, and it'll have to be a random tie-break anyway.

For the purpose of this question, dead players can talk again. End game now, or wait until I've received the wolf kill? As long as the last wolf sends a name, it doesn't really matter at this point.
I don't mind either way, I'm dead anyway So ending the game now would mean that I get to play again sooner But similarly, if the wolf doesn't send in a vote and you end the game now, the wolf could win by default even though the humans might have lynched the right person... hmm... what a quandry...
