Dolls (All Welcomed)

Violet shook her head.
"No one lives with e...and the cat is not mine."
She sighed, And rested her head on the couch arm.
"Do we have to find these dolls?"
She asked in a bored tune.

Red simply continued playing his video game, trying to ignore his mother's fangirlish reaction to Alice and his father's murmurings of 'incredible' and 'unbelievable' and other such things.
"So how was your cheese sandwich Alice? Was there too much cheese? did you want more? Was there too much cheese?
Was - "
"Mrs. Anderson, it's okay. The sandwich was great. No need to ask twice." she said.
"Uh, mum, don't you think you're bothering Alice a little? She sorta just got here and she's being annoyed." Red said, still focused on his game.
"Oh! Sorry dear, It's just that talking dolls are... sort of rare." She replied sheepishly.
"It's fine." Alice said again. "Although I should probably apologise for barging into your household. It's a bit of a weird story."
"Well, by all means, tell us!" Red's dad said.
"Okay... well, as you know, I'm a doll. There's more than just me too. We're basically tiny, plastic humans... with super powers." She explained. "We're quite powerful own our own, but if we team up with a spiritually strong human, our power can increase. I'll need that kind of help."
"Wait, I'm spiritually strong?" Red asked. "You'll need to explain that part."
Alice simply shrugged. "You just are. Your Aura is incredibly strong. That signifies your strong spirit."
"Well... okay, but why do you need my help? I don't want to pick fights with demon dolls."
"Red! Does Alice look demonic to you?!" His mother demanded.
"Actually, if we were publicly known, we would most likely be referred to as such." Alice replied in an indifferent tone. "Anyway, certain dolls have shown up. Mechanical dolls. Hunting us." She explained.
Red asked her, "And they're stronger than usual?"
"Not really." Alice replied. "They're pretty much machines. And machine's don't give off any type of Aura, which means I'm basically blind to their presence. I can't fight what I cannot see." She said. "If we could team up, I could borrow your energy to power my 'sight'. It would take a lot, but I would be able to detect them."
"Uh - huh... and what happens if you take too much? I die? He asked in an amused tone.
"What? Die? Alice, he wouldn't, would he?!" His mother was starting to panic.
"...If I took all his energy, he most likely would. But i'm not careless when it comes to things like this. Should Red choose to help, I promise to keep his life out of harms way." She consoled her.
"Thanks, Alice... but I don't know... this is kinda sudden." Red mumbled.
""It is? I thought I was here for at least a few hours now. I figured it would have sunk in." She said. "That was supposed to be sarcastic, by the way." She added.
Red thought for a few minutes. Aside from death, what's the worst that could happen? Being protected by a doll seemed odd, but it seemed he had randomly entered an odd world now.
"Okay, fine, I'll help." He finally said.
Alice inclined her head. "Thank you. Now, if you don't mind. I would like to sleep."
After a few minutes, his parents left. "So, where are you going to sleep?" He asked Alice.
"Here, of course. Gentlemen sleep on the floor." She told him, plopping herself on his pillows. She was small enough to fit her whole body on it."
"Are you serious?" He said, annoyed at her taking his bed again."
"Actually, yes. I wouldn't class you as a gentleman." She mused. She lay down on the pillow to sleep.
Red shook his head. It was still the afternoon. She sure seemed sleepy.
Looks like I do have a Rozen Maiden... He thought to himself.

Sakura looked sadden at Nina's reaction, "Please...this is real..." She muttered, climbing up onto the bed and sitting beside her, "And I need your help to protect me..." Sakura eyes lowered and Nina looked at her and picked up the doll, holding her in the air,
"Why??" She asked, getting Sakura's attention,
"There are people who want to capture Dolls and use us for evil..." Nina stayed silent for a few minutes before finally nodded,
"Okay..I'll help you...so...are you just a doll then??" Sakura laughed loudly and shook her head,
"No!! I can shapeshift into any animal!!" As if too prove it, Sakura transformed into a Unicorn and then into an Eagle, before into her normal self, "And, this is my weapon!"
She summoned an interesting looking weapon that made this innocent girl seem deadly. "But, this is not all fun and games...we have to go find dolls who may be endanger..." Nina nodded, "I understand...I won't let you down!!"

Coming out of the steaming bathroom, Jasper dried his soaked hair with his towel. It was left damp as the remaining water dripped from his golden bangs. He wore nothing but his usual black pants, leaving his chest naked. Athena had already taken her shower and had her nightgown on. "I've put your tea on your desk." She said. Every night she would prepare Jasper a cup of tea. From others perspecitve, she would seem like his maid. In a way, she was indeed subjected to Jasper's orders but she did was she was told because she wanted to. Although she had been created and didn't exactly chose Jasper as his owner, they still shared a bond, as odd as it seemed. They slept in the same room, but in separate beds. The room was big enough for both of them and neither he nor Athena had necessity of many belongings. Jasper sat on his bed and drank a portion of his tea whereas Athena sat on her bed and hugged her legs, resting her chin on her knees. Her blue eyes gave off a rather dissapointed look. Obliquely looking, Jasper noticed. Standing up with a sigh, with his cup still at hand, he walked towards Athena and patted her head. "I told you to not worry about it." He said without making eye contact with her. Athena looked at him and slowly, a smile painted on her sweet face. "I promise tomorrow I will find them!" She eagerly said. Jasper responded with a mere nod. He was a strange, dark and mysterious man but she as wierd as it may seem, she always felt at ease with him. She liked his company most of all even if he was a man of few words.

It had just chimed 8 o'clock when Red's father entered his room and asked him to make a quick run to the shops for cigarettes. He rarely smoked. Just once every fortnight or something. Red wasn't sure why, it seemed an odd habit for a smoker. He agreed and got up to leave. Hearing movement behind him, he turned and saw that Alice had woken up and was now following him.
"Uh, where are you going?" Red asked. Alice pointed her face in his direction.
"Simple. Keeping close to protect you. I promised I would." She replied, and Red and his father laughed.
"Alice, i'm really only going two streets. What could happen?" He asked once he had finished laughing.
"I'm paranoid. I don't know how the mechanical dolls work. They might be able to track chosen humans for all I know." She said, still not changing her expression or tone.
"Oh come now, that seems a bit far - fetched." Red's father said.
"Maybe. But i'm blind to these enemies. Of course I'm going to want to take extreme caution." She stated.
"Look, even if you do come, don't you think walking around outside with me would draw attention?" He asked.
"I din't say I would be out where I can be seen." She replied.
"...Look, it's just the shops!" He told her. "There's no need to worry, okay?"
Alice simply shrugged. "Fine. You have ten minutes. Then I'm coming to get you." She jumped back up on his bed and lay down.
Red just looked at his father and shook his head, took the money he needed, and headed outside.

Pandora relaxed a little when Violet told her the cat wasn't hers. She then nodded in response to her question, putting down her cup as she did so. "Well yes...but they may also come looking for us." She jumped off the sofa, adjusting the headband around her head as she did so. "It would probably be safer with more then one doll together. However i do not know where the others are."

Personality: She is rather a dark and gloom, doom kind of person. But really she really cares about people. Just it exerts so much energy to constantly show that she cares, so she rather be laid back and not be expected of too much. Though when she sees the need she would act on it when she needs to. Since she has met Zombie and Chester she has been a little more open, but she gets annoyed with them. They cause her a lot of problems, but she still loves them.
History: Kira has grown up in a house with two caring parents, that had decided when she was 10 that they wanted another child so they had another child. Her little brother. Since they had him money had suddenly gotten tighter, and her parents were stressed. There was no signs of her parents getting divorced, but they fought almost ever other night about bills. It was part of the reason why she picked a more laid back kind of personality. She didn’t want to cause problems for her parents, since her brother did that enough for the both of them.

Power and Weapon: He can control a thin almost invisible wires that can cut through most things or used for healing purposes. He sow his body parts back on it he loses them, yet it is the healing quality power of a certain wire that makes it whole again. He also is very strong with razor like teeth.

Power and weapon: He can turn into a cat because they experimented on him. It isn't a power, it is who he is. With razor like claws at are a force to be messed with. Chester is very fast and has very good hearing that comes with his genetics. It isn't part of his powers, it is just how he is built. Chester can jump extremely high and is extremely flexible. His powers are really quiet known. since he hasn't had the need to really use them outside of his genetic abilities.

“Chester, I need my pencil.” Kira sighed as she sat at her desk with a bored expression on her face as Chester jumped around her room with her pencil. Snickering the whole time, his tail wagging behind him in a playful kitty manner. Zombie sat on her desk sowing back on his right index finger after getting it stuck in the door. These two were something else, it made her wonder how they had survived long enough to find her. Zombie was always falling apart and Chester played to many pranks that would anger someone to the point of doing something drastic to him. “I need to get my homework done.” She muttered staring at her homework that she hadn’t even started on yet.

The banging on her door made all of the pause, looking at Chester he landed on her desk and froze along side Zombie. Sighing she turned towards her door. “Who is it?” She asked loud enough to be heard on the other side of her door and nothing more. Without answering her brother barged in like the little monster he was, marching over to him he gave her a rather annoying look of ‘I’m all that and your not’. With a smug smile he looked at her, then at the two ‘dolls’ on her desk, then back at her. "Dad said that you have to go to the store for me. I want a candy bar. Go get me one.” He demanded of her, reaching for Zombie.

Slamming his hand into her desk, she gave him a shrug. “Okay I’ll go get you one. Get out of my room.” Grabbing his arm she twirled him around and shoved him towards the door. Scuffing at her he slammed her door close and stormed down the hallway. When they could no longer hear him Chester hissed in the direction of the door. “He is a little demon.”

“And your not?” Kira muttered standing up sliding her baggy jacket on. Chester turned into a cat and jumped onto her shoulder purring. Rolling her eyes she picked up Zombie that just finished sowing his finger back on. Putting him into her bag and hung it over her shoulder as Zombie peeked out of her bag. “Can we have a candy bar? I want a candy bar. Can we?”

Grabbing her wallet she sighed again, looking at her homework she hadn’t been able to start yet. “I guess. You just can’t eat all of it in one night. You get too hyper when you eat too much candy. I need to get something done tonight, then get some sleep.” Chester meowed then rubbed his head against her, before jumping into the hood of her coat and curling into a ball. Walking out of her room she announced she was leaving then walked out of the house.

Bel looked up at the boy named Zane and smiled softly "im Belinda, but you can call me Bel" she said thoughtfully. Looking at his doll she smiled, " it nice tro meet you as well."

Looking down at Alellye she smiled "this is Alellye and..." turning towards Rakav she put a small hand on his head, " this Rakav, they are both my dolls" she said pride evident in her voice.

"Nice to meet you Bel" he said still holding his head. "You seem to be handling the idea better then I am right now."

Skarth looked up at the girl. "Nice meeting you" he said then looked at her two dolls examining them "How you two meet her?" he asked.

"When did you find out just to ask?" Zane asked curiously as he straighten himself back up.


Skarth looked back up at Zane "You'll get use to me being around soon enough, don't worry" He then jumped up on his shoulder and sat there waiting for a reply.

Red was now walking through the streets to the nearby shops. Alice was most likely sleeping again by now. He wondered how anyone could sleep so much. Although, there probably isn't much else to do if you're blind. Aura sight or not, he figured. He made it the shops without Alice's fear of being attacked coming true. He bought his dad's cigarettes and headed back. Looking up, he saw a figure white standing behind some bushes.
"Alice! What are you doing here?" He whispered as he ran over to her. "You can't even hide behind bushes! I don't want people finding out about you, you know."
"I got here alright, and i'll get back alright. Like I said, I'm making sure you don't get targeted." She told him.
"Despite how impossible it is?" He questioned. "Look, I'm coming back now okay? Just head back whichever way you came back."
Alice turned walked through the bushes. She emerged in a little path, with no humans anywhere in sight. She swiftly made her way behind more bushes and walls, keeping out of sight from any aura emitted by humans. Eventually, she made her way to Red's back door. She couldn't be bothered climbing up to his window. She knocked and waited for Red's parents to answer.

Walking into the gas station she went right for the candy section, Chester peeked out of her hood to look at the array of candy. Zombie pointed to the candy bar he wanted, Kira grabbed it for him. Getting a milky way for Chester, it was his favorite. Then grabbed a bag of skittles for her brother, turning to go to the counter only being forced to stop. Bored eyes eyed the doll that stood in her way giving her an sadistic smile, the hiss that came from Chester told her that the doll’s master was behind her. Zombie looked out of her bag again and smiled. “Do we get to have fun tonight?”

“Not here.” She whispered to him, turning to look at the guy behind her. “I won’t fight you here.” Chester jumped out of her hood and hissed at the doll, that they all knew wasn’t truly a doll. This is the third battle they have had to fight. Zombie jumped out of her bag, making sure the doll didn’t go after Kira as she walked past. “Follow us to the park.” Was the last thing she said to him as she went and paid for the candy, the sound of the opponents doll crashing into a shelf didn’t make her look. Giving the man the money for the candy, her dolls were already back where they needed to be as the walked out of the gas station.

“Are you sure this is a good idea?” Chester asked as he turned into his human form and settled on her shoulder, sniffing the air he looked behind her. “They are really following you.” He warning his tail swooshing back and forth in anticipation to what was to come. Though he was slightly worried since Kira didn’t like to fight, but ever since… that one time she had been apt to fight when the time came. Both him and Zombie didn’t want her to get hurt, but lately she wouldn’t run… she was just facing them head on. He truly believe it was too soon for her to try to go another round, she was still tired from the other fight they had.

“I’m sure, he’ll follow me home… like-” she stopped what she was saying and shook her head. Turning she entered the park walking toward the fountain in the middle of the park. It was huge, shooting water into the air, only to fall into an endless cycle of falling into the round tube base. Sucking it back and once again shooting into the air. So on. Sitting on the thigh high wall around the fountain she waited with her eyes closed, both of her dolls on either side of her.

“Why don’t you just hand over you dolls? So a pretty girl like you won’t have to be beat up. You won’t be able to stand against me, even if you have two dolls. That will soon be mine.” The guy said with a smirk, that said he had utter confidence that he would wipe the floor with her. Though that wasn’t how she saw it, there was something she had to do and she needed these two. To add to that she cared about these two and wouldn’t hand them over to any scum bag or even someone she liked. Which is rare.

“You’re out of luck with me. I won’t give them up. Ever.” She told him simply as she hopped to her feet. “But I will rid the world of you abomination of a doll. This world is only big enough to hold the real dolls, just cheap rip offs.”

“You tell him, Kira.” Zombie nodded in agreement while Chester crouched there his extremely long arms hanging here while his cat like eyes took in the enemy doll. The doll suddenly disappeared sending out a small shock wave, but Chester was gone after him. Zombie started setting up his traps, while Kira faced off with the guy. Knowing full well she was out weighed by him, but she knew how to fight. Since she was little her parents put her through countless fighting classes.

As he came at her she side stepped him, slamming her palm into his back sending him stumbling forward. As she shuffled backwards, the guy coming at her again an annoyed look in his eyes. He grabbed her by the jacket she was wearing. “do not play with me.” He snarled at her.

“I’m not.” Slipping out of the jacket she slammed both hands into his knees double locking them, making him cry out in pain. Diving through his leg she rolled to her feet, only to be caught by her long white hair. Her left arm was caught and twisted behind her, when the man noticed something. From the back of her right shoulder a newly healing slash to her back was healing and stitched up nicely, but it disappeared under her tank top. So the extent of her healing wound was unknown. With a smirk the man slammed his fist into her back, it made her knees buckle with the force of pain that went through her.

As Chester finally got a hit on the stupid doll that moved to quickly with the help of Zombie got tripped up, he paused when he saw what happened out of the corner of his eye. He moved like lightening towards her, but was quickly taken to the cleaner when the doll slammed into him and disappeared again. The same thing happening to Zombie who attempted to get to Kira who was paralyzed by pain at the moment. Both Chester and Zombie found themselves back to back with each other, watching the doll appear and disappear as Kira had her devastating wound… used against her. “We have to do something.” Chester told Zombie.

“Agreed. Just because the doll is fast doesn’t mean it can’t be beat.” Zombie retorted as a very thin wire came out of his finger tips. Working a web of invisible wire as Chester waited for his prey to be caught so he could finish it off.

Sweat had broke out across her forehead at the moment of the impact, catching her breath she used the moment the man used to laugh at her to elbow him in the groin. Movement was hard, but when he doubled over she grabbing him and flipping him over her shoulder into the ground. Standing up she backed away from him gripped her shoulder. In moment her dolls were beside her… and the man and his doll were gone. Sinking to the ground she took a deep breath, trying to fight back the pain. Zombie and Chester placed her jacket around her gently. “We should go home, you did well Kira.” Chester told her softly. “Just go home and rest… me and Zombie will work on your math homework.” He teased lightly, trying to lighten the dark mood that surrounded her.

"Nina, can you go to the gas station for me?"

Nina's mother called up to her and she looked up, "Yeah sure!!" Nina picked up Sakura and went downstairs, "Are you okay to come?" She asked the doll and Sakura nodded, "I think it's wise! I'm getting the feeling something is going on down there!" Nina nodded and placed on her shoes, before grabbing some money and a list of the table and running outside.

Nina ran with Sakura in her arms for a few minutes before turning up at the gas station, "Hey...look..." Nina looked to where Sakura was pointing and saw a girl with two odd looking boys beside her, "Are they..." Sakura nodded, "Dolls..." Nina ran over to them, "Hey!! Are you okay??" Nina called out, running over to them. She sat Sakura down on the floor, who wandered over to beside Chester and looked at him in awe, "What happened?" Nina asked the girl who was on the floor.

Zane stood striaght up and brsuh himself off. "We're fine" he said. "Just a accident of not watching where the hell I was going." he said and brushed off his shoulders nearly hitting Skarth.

"Sorry" Zane said when he finished. "I'm Zane, and this is my doll Skarth." Zane looked at her and realize she had a doll too. "Who is this? she asked him looking at her doll.

When morning had arrived, Jasper quickly prepared to leave. He wasn't particularly in the mood to search for the dolls but Athena was eager and determined to do so. In a strange way, he couldn't really say no to her when she became like that. And who knows, maybe they would be lucky today. Since he got up first, he prepared a quick breakfeast for both. Once they were done, they left outside. The day so far seemed as it would prove to be sunny and bright. The sun annoyed him. He put his hood over his head to cover from the sunrays and placed his hands inside his hood's pockets. Athena on the other hand, walked by his side with an alarmed and attentive look on her face. As they walked, people stared at them mostly at him. In their eyes, he looked like some sort of delinquent and he even overheard some remarks said about Athena. But he ignored them all. After all, he never gave a damn about what other people thought.

Suddenly, Athena stopped right on her tracks. Noticing, Jasper came to a stop as well and turned towards her. "Something wrong?" He asked. Without answering at the moment, Athena grabbed his arm and pulled him inside the store they were next to. "I sense them." She said softly. Her blue eyes were narrowed, looking for their target. She scouted the area. Jasper aid her as well as he scanned the busy streets. It was going to be difficult for him to find them. "Look!" Athna suddenly exclaimed while pointing. There was a girl with two odd boys beside her, and a young man with another boy. Not long after that, a second young girl also appeared in the scene with a girl as well. "I found them Jasper. There are 4 dolls over there. What do you want me to do?" She looked at him with a serious look in her eyes, prepared for her orders. Jasper looked at the dolls and their human owners for a moment. They had found them and not one, but 4 dolls.

Skarth just watched but then something he felt cuaght him off guard. He looked around and saw across the street a human with a doll, but not a normal one, but a robot one. He decided to get out of there before something would happen. He used his telepathy to talked to everyone in thier minds. "Everyone, we need to get out of here now! A metal doll is here and i doubt any of us are ready for a battle." He tugged at Zane to leave.

Zane was still waiting for a reply when he heard Skarth talk to him in his head. He looked around without turning his head and out of the corner of his eyes he saw a man with a doll there, but it looked different, almost like a robot. Realizing the threat he turned and ran quickly back to his home hoping the man would not chase him. "What can we do Skarth?" he asked him.

"Just try to get out of that robot doll's range, it can sense the energy of dolls like me." He looked behind them to keep an eye out foor the doll and the man following them.
