It's an experience.
Say, could you proofread something for me?
More likely it was just you had gone to the forum when you wanted the front end. Its all good.
Its working odds are you have /forum in the url as to why the front page isn't coming up for you.
I don't know, let me check the theme.
I'm trying to write a novel at the moment, we'll see how that pans out. I've never done anything like that before.
Yes, I am entirely sure it is International Baccalaureate. I have a lot of friends in that program though I am not in it myself.
Hm... The Russian unemployment rate in 1992 was 5.2%.
Well we have IB at our school as well, and as far as I know it's based out of 100, so I supppose it's different between different countries as well?
Oh, I love knowing useless facts. It gives me a sense of false superiority that I can apply to myself when I feel depressed.
Well, hopefull you get an A or whatever mark of exemplary work they use across the pond.
Being chased through a proverbial snowstorm doesn't exactly sound pleasant.
I feel an odd urge to play 'Allusive' now.
I have a nickname for Eliot that I particularly like.
"The Allusive Man".
Aww, I like Prufrock. The poem at least, I dunno if I like the person described in the poem so much. He's not exactly the most sympathetic protagonist to ever grace the pages.
Well, get thee to your flying hippopotamus then, or whatever T.S. Eliot poem it is.
It was about an AI in the last stages of its life as it slowly lost control of its higher brain functions, sort of like HAL 9000 getting disconnected in 2001, all due to a virus of initially unknown origin. Stylistically, this would be portrayed by an extremely clear, concise first-person narrative at the beginning that would devolve into stream-of-consciousness. It would have slowly been demonstrated that it was an AI to a weaponized military satellite, and that it had given itself the virus (poisoned itself) as a form of extended suicide. However, it would have only revealed this when its ability to lie had been cut off along with its other coherence functions.
I might still write it, I'unno.
I had an idea for this topic but I never got around to writing it.
