I knew it was the fifth book when I picked it up. I really don't have much in the way of extra cash but I had enough rebate money to buy one book and that one seemed the most interesting to me. I read it in a single sitting last night and don't regret my choice in the least. I wasn't sure if the characters overlapped the same was as in the new species books (which I'm determined to read in order). I had hoped they'd be a little more stand alone. Even though I can tell it would have been better to read them in order I'm highly pleased with my purchase. It's going to be very hard not to spend money I don't have on book six. XD

I really am going to avoid Nalini Singh until I can afford more books.
It is a bottomless hole isn't it? XDXD

And it's too late, there is no saving me. I'd already been looking at that series and since I've been buying the books from an online site that has "rebates" I just took some of my rebate money and bought Seducing Coal. Like. Just now. Part of me is unsure what my life has come to. The rest of me is highly amused... among other things... I'm not really sure I want to know how far down this rabbit hole goes. XDXD

So I finally looked up the author of the New Species books to see what they where all about. First of all: Blazey-Kun. WTF. Second of all I've spent way more money than I care to admit on them and they're more addicitve than crack and I don't even read romance novels ever. Until now. I blame you.

Hiya My ambulance exams are a lot harder then I anticipated - which is why I haven't been able to post for New Species as I'm just utterly drained each day. Got another week of exams so won't be able to post. Sorry.
