HELLO!!!! :) :) :) :)

So after much mountain dew and sitting around with nothing to do yesterday, I decided to throw on grooveshark, grab the hairbrush and rock out to everything and anything that came on the radio.....only then to have my aunt....and boyfriend, walk into find me air guitaring and screeching into my hairbrush to Pour some sugar on my by deff leppard :XD: No regrets! Twas hilarious coz I was stupidly hyped up on sugar and the boyf ended up joining in whilst my poor aunt just shook her head and walked back out again anyway.....

We all have songs that we love to grab up the hairbrush and sing or scream along too, so I'd like to know what songs have you all up and singing, screeching or air guitaring along to everytime it comes on!!! And it could be anything from pop to heavy metal, from classic rock to RnB anything!

Mine would be Deff Leppard Pour some sugar on me and....I admit with no shame...Demi Lovato Heart Attack...I dunno why but it's just one of those songs that has me singing into the spatula or hair brush or what ever I have in my hand at the time lol

After watching a horror movie on Netflix, with our friends, we saw a trailer for this series and decided to watch it. At first we were all unsure about it but as it went on it became very enjoyable. It also left me somewhat shocked at everything they could do and the stars they had involved. Then again my friends reminded me it was for netflix only and so they didn't have to worry about tv viewers and being cancelled. :o

So has anyone else seen this? If so what do you think?

I personally loved it. At first I thought it was trying to copy True Blood but quickly found it was going a different route. Although one of the actors is related to one of the True Blood actors. :lol: I think one of the things that impressed me the most was seeing the werewolf transformation. So for the month of June each week will be a movie of the week. at way you have an excuse to stay inside.

Each week will be a new movie. The topic will be open for the week to allow people to talk about the movie, what they think, or whatever. There be spoilers ahead so the idea is to watch it and talk about. Now there will be 1000 credits given at random each week along with extra credits given out for something funny, weird as hell, whatever feels like deserves credits for that.

We start off this week Paprika. My personal favorite movie of Satoshi Kon. Now not only does it have the weirdness of previous works, but has the focus of narrative most of his earlier works needed. Now most will see this as this trippy travel threw dreams to save their world. With great animation that Madhouse is know for makes the trip enjoyable even if it doesn't make much sense. Now the reason it doesn't make sense to most people is because most of the movie works on the logic of dreams, and its connection to people. With what effect it had on people. The most interesting thing I found with this movie is that it seems a reflection of rather Kon-san's own influences, much as I believe our own dreams.
