  • MIB III

I Know another movie review in a little under two week... or possibly one and it not anime but they will come i promise you.

Men in Black III see the return to the silver screen of the combo of Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones (if only for a short time) as agents J and K of the Men in Black organisation. This is another big release for summer though over shadowed but The Avengersn non the less this doesn’t mean the MIB3 has les to offer the viewer.

The film Kick off with the escape of a dangerous criminal, Boris “The Animal” (Jemaine Clement) from the LunarMax prison located on the Moon with the aid of Lily Poison (Nicole Scherzinger) determined to take revenge upon the agent who shot of his arm and locked him away for 30 years.

After a confrontation with Agents J (Will Smith) and K (Tommy Lee) Boris flees and the Agents pursue, though he manages to escape. Later K reveals that he regrets not killing Boris when he had the chance…I will stop revealing the whole plot here but safe to safe to say the all sorts and antics are to follow, including time travel jet packs and awesome motorcycles.

The Film maintains it predecessors trend for epic looking guns and gadgets which any guy would want to get hold of. It is over all another visually stunning film with brilliant cityscapes and special effects. The monster are as bizarre are you would expect in MIB, but also kind of more plausible then Star treks generic humanoid offerings. The movie feels more in keeping with the first movie rather then the second, as such is a much better film then MIB2.

The film’s cast play their character brilliantly, Josh Brolin does particularly well portraying a younger K which is just awesome. The film exceeds the expectation MIB2 left me with and I found myself laugh aloud frequently throughout.

I found this film fully enjoyable, maybe a little bit on the short side but a great film to chill out and watch and have a great time.
